Strolling the grounds of this 23-acre low-rise property, you'll discover lush tropical gardens, two
gorgeous pools with hot tubs including a pool spa, tennis courts, and multiple barbecue areas. This gem of a retreat is one of the newer units in the complex and is located in a quiet location with no traffic noise.
This retreat has been completely renovated! It features beautiful porcelain tile throughout, extending outside to both the front and back lanais. The bedroom has a pillow-top bed, solid mahogany furniture, a 39-inch TV, a quiet mini-split air conditioner, a ceiling fan, and black-out drapes. The main en suite bathroom has a large walk-in tile and glass shower and dual sink vanity. An enclosed lanai off the bedroom with a table and chairs is the perfect spot for relaxing over lunch or drinks. The living area features a comfortable queen sofa bed and two lounge chairs, a 55-inch TV, an air conditioner, and a ceiling fan. It opens onto a large tiled lanai outfitted with a wicker table and chairs, and lounge chair. Turn this lanai into a beautiful outdoor room by effortlessly opening and closing an electric-powered awning. The awning remote is available upon request.
The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and Silestone countertops. The second bathroom adjacent to the kitchen has a walk-in tile and glass shower.
Guests will enjoy high-speed internet at no charge, unlimited long-distance telephone calling to the USA, Canada, European Union, and Mexico. Other amenities include free assigned parking, keyless entry, digital safe, full-size stacked washer/dryer, ironing board, clothes hanger, and a hair dryer.

The location to the pool is wonderful. The actual condo is very nice. Too bad the cleanliness and kitchen apparel don’t match the rest of the facilities.

Pleasant location next to the pool but the fountain drowned out many of the pool noises. The condo is was clean and comfortable. Comfortable king size bed, updated bathrooms, and enough dish ware for four.

Sorry wish I could say what I Loved! To many things were not good. Broken things like the broom of all things. Dirty Lanai table, could not use the bedroom Lanai because of roof construction 4 1/2 days and inconvenience on parking because of construction/ noise .Wasn’t notified construction would be happening during our stay found out by letter on door of condo when came back from the beach. Air conditioner in living room area worked poorly/ remote not at all. I feel Vacasa did a poor job of communication be our stay which is unfortunately for the owner of the condo. It was a 16 day stay for us. Will look for a different place next time just not with Vacasa as the booking agent!

Everything was great, close to bbq and pool area. Not that we hung out there a lot. There were lots of kids at the pool and people hogged the hot tub most evenings.
Compared to other places there seemed to be a lot of fees and taxes.
Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable and would highly recommend.

We arrived to Maui for a birthday trip. When we arrived to the location we were at first pleased with the location, but the initial happiness was short lived.
As we arrived to our “ready room”, someone walks up without identification saying they need in our room. ?? I was sure to make them open it and not myself. So it actually was not ready as they go stocking items, taking items out.
We then find out the back screen door is broken, like completely and off the track and just leaned up against the wall. So we can’t even have the back door open and we had to lean it up eventually to allow the back door to stay open. The toaster was broken, broken glass in the cupboard. Lastly the worst- the bedding was in my opinion not washed.
I woke up covered in hives, found blonde hairs (we are not blonde), it felt somewhat sandy and oily (we did not go to the beach nor put on sunblock and showered before bed and the only thing I’m allergic to is certain sunblock) and did not reflect til the next morning as we were exhausted from traveling. When I woke up and saw the hives I stripped the bed and found all of this and in addition a bug and dried earwax in the bed and pillowcases along with dried skin flakes on the side of the bed.
I brought all of this to the attention of management in less than 24 hours and they did not seem to care until I sent photos. Even then, they said oh sorry we will be in touch. They never did. I messaged a few more times and no one reached out.
All in all, location is nice and the room is stocked. But is it worth a health hazard and cutting corners? Unacceptable for a large company like VACASA to do this. We won’t be staying with VACASA again. They didn’t provide a safe clean room nor care to investigate or even fix the room.

This is the second time my family has stayed in this condo and we’ve loved it every time. Super clean and comfortable! Even the pull out couch is really comfy. Love that the pool is right off of the patio. Highly recommend!

L109 met all of our needs! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, and even snorkels for guest use. The place was in great shape, and just a short walk from the private patio over to the pool area.

The condo was extremely clean - the complex exceeded expectations. Everyone was extremely friendly. It was a perfect getaway for a girls weekend. Excellent condo, great location .
Very private and relaxing. Ample space for a small family. Right next to the beautiful pool area. The back patio off the bedroom was awesome.

We have stayed in multiple places on Maui and this was our favorite by far... The location was fantastic,,, right near our favorite beaches!!! The condo is perfect. We really appreciated the Beach towels, chairs and umbrella... Very well stocked for people flying in... We would definitely stay here again!!! 🤟🌺🍍😎
