A great spot to stay. Walking distance to the beaches and Kihei restaurants. The unit is well equipped and close to the upper pool. Having 2 bathrooms was great. When we arrived the wifi wasn't working and Vacasa was able to fix it in within a couple of days. Overall a very positive stay.

We really enjoyed this conveniently located spot in Kihei, as we spent a lot of our time on Maui exploring the entire island. Great to have a kitchen and washer/dryer, and we found it a great place to relax before and after our busy days. This unit is also really close to the lovely upper pool and hot tub area. We enjoyed the garden view from the living room and spending time on the lanai as well.

Easy check in, check out. Great unit, close to pool. Supplied with boogie board, umbrella chairs and cooler. Kitchen was decently stocked. Nice shaded patio area.

Location was very convenient. We are scuba divers and love being right across from the Kihei boat ramp. Perfect location close to all Kihei restaurants as well as Walilea.

Towards the end of what was a wonderful stay, I was contacted by "Tyler" the property manager by phone. He informed me that the owners of the condo were having a delivery of new outdoor furniture and that he was overseeing that delivery. Given that the condo was/is ground level, access to the condo was not mentioned by "Tyler" and, I assumed, not necessary. However, on returning to the condo it was obvious that someone had entered the property in our absence and there had been NO new furniture delivery of any kind.
I immediately called "Tyler" back on the number he'd called from earlier to arrange said furniture delivery. He gave no reasonable explanation for what had transpired. No explanation for why he'd entered the property. No explanation for why furniture was not delivered after all - other than some vague story about assessing the existing furniture and deciding that new furniture was not necessary after all.
The whole thing was very strange and unsettling.
If this is normal property manager behavior, I would not return to this property.

They should include bar soap in the bathrooms and some foil or plastic wrap in the kitchen. Foil especially for grilling since there are gas grills near the room for guest use.

This is a very nice condo. Good location, quiet, clean and convenient. Just needs to replace the old ceiling fans with better and quieter ones. Had a few light bulbs out but overall very nice and I would go back again.

This condo is located conveniently within a 10 minute walk to the beach, lovely parks with shade, Coconuts restaurant, the best shaved ice ever, food trucks! Nice quiet unit behind the nicest pool, close to two grills, and we really liked having great Tommy Bahamas beach chairs with storage, kids play tools and swimmies, and a washer and dryer. Please watch the sunset each night at the park.

Property amenities and location were awesome. Comfortable space and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The island breezes in the unit was terrific and a pleasant surprise.
