The condo is in a good location close to Poipu beach, shops and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and beach gear. The furnishing is ok. My only other complaint is that the beds are so uncomfortable and hard. The sofabed is even worse and you can feel the springs in there.

This was the perfect spot for our big family vacation. The AC in the unit was amazing!!! The place was VERY Clean, spacious, and came with everything you could need. In the garage there was everything you’d need for the beach including: 2 really nice Tommy Bahamas chairs, 2 other beach chairs, sand mats, a beach tent, HUGE plastic igloo cooler on wheels, towels, Tommy Bahamas umbrella. That made our beach day GREAT!
Our only problem was that communication with the owners was very difficult as this is owned by a vacation home service not a homeowner so they never really replied to VRBO messages. There was a phone number to call which always had a 10-15 min hold to get to an employee who didn’t know much about the actual unit.
For example before our stay i had messaged on Vrbo to ask about coffee maker and i never received a message back and on our stay it didn’t have any extra garbage bags in the unit. I had to call the number and was told they put in a request. An actual person did text me the next day and brought some trash bags for the unit but, the 3rd party aspect of this stay was a bit cumbersome.
Overall I would definitely book again and recommend to anyone staying on the island

The communication for staying at this property was great. We had all the details we needed before we arrived. The location is great for staying near the southern shore of the island. The space for my family was perfect and everything we could have needed was available. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip!

Even though this place is not sitting right on the beach, it is only the quickest drive (maybe 3 mins!) to one of the nicest beaches on the entire island! This place was so nice, extremely clean and had everything our family of 4 needed plus way more. The community is nice and quiet and inviting. Great location! Shopping center with food options (and Starbucks) 1 minute away. Other great restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!

Of all the short-term home rentals I've stayed at over the past few years, this was my best experience in so many regards. Beautiful location, good interior layout, nice kitchen, well-kept, spacious, and amazing patio that is open to grounds.
Almost all the little things were taken care of here! Maybe it's Kauai talking, but I do believe staying here greatly enhanced the experience.
A couple things that could be improved though:
- The wifi kept going out in the middle of the night and had to be rebooted every morning.
- The guest bathroom toilet paper could have used the nicer toilet paper that was in the bedrooms.
Overall, magnificent stay; highly recommended!

We were initially unable to find our unit and parking spot in the dark. The unit numbers are only visible by going up to each front door individually to trigger its motion light. Same for the painted parking spot numbers, but you have to provide your own light. We were looking for spot "12" but all the spots we could find were labeled "1D", "1E", "1F" etc. We had to call Vacasa for help, but they were unable to provide it. Finally we figured out that unit 1A was around the side, along with its parking spot, which was actually "12" like they said, unlike all the rest which were a number and a letter. Maybe we're just dumb, but ultimately it took nearly an hour of fumbling around blindly in the dark just to find the front door and parking spot.
Inside was spotless and way more than we actually needed. We did have to go looking for the breaker box, as none of the outlets were hot. Luckily we were able to and one breaker was tripped.
Last thing -- there are three TVs in the place. When we came back on the second night, all three of them were turned on and playing contemporary Hawaiian music. This one is still a mystery. Turned on remotely in a misguided attempt to make us feel welcome? A housekeeping service that we were unaware of but didn't leave evidence of anything having been cleaned? A prank? Paranormal activity? No idea, but coming back to that is somewhat unsettling.

The space is larger than what the pictures represent. The ceilings are nice and high and the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the unit from the second bedroom so there's a good sense of privacy. The unit was super clean, beds were comfortable, and beach gear was such a nice bonus. Usually beach gear in these rentals is pretty beat up but not here! Everything seemed almost new and there was even a full size cooler to use. Only downside, and it's no fault of the unit or owners, is the upstairs neighbors were always up through the night and footsteps, music, and closing and opening doors could be heard pretty easily.

Get up in the morning to see the sea turtle at Poipu beach, you wouldn’t be disappointed
