Our 3rd time staying here at 101C. It’s a perfect vacation every time. Unmatched and gorgeous views. Double rainbow, Spinner dolphins, Tropicbirds, dozens of Honu and Shearwaters at night just during our firs 24 hours. The condo is super clean, modern and comfortable. We’ll be back again! Thank you

Best parts of condo were the view and the communicativeness of condo owner. AC downstairs was out for most the trip but was fixed our last night. Dishwasher was out of order all trip as well. Some dishes were left dirty in the cabinets but not a huge deal, probably the previous person that stayed there. Interior and bed was decent but parking was very, very, very tight.

The master bedroom was infested with 1000s of beds we had to all share the child’s twin bedroom until we finally gave up and left. While the property company did try and help they didn’t respond for over 6 hours and left us very little options. The suggestion of 10% discount to stay was totally unreasonable and they did nothing to compensate us for our horrible experience.

We had tears of joy when we saw the views. Everything looked exactly like the photos. Perfect for our family of 4.( I read about the challenging parking lot, and we definitely had a hard time opening our car doors because the parking is extremely tight.)

The view from the unit couldn’t be beat. We saw turtles and whales from our balcony almost every day. The unit was nice and modern but the kitchen was not well equipped. Lots of old and mismatched pots and pans - and no Tupperware. The unit windows were really dirty so we couldn’t really see the ocean unless we opened the window. Also we stayed for 8 days - would have been nice to have a change of sheets or clean towels provided - but that’s just a tip.

You have your own nature show every day with plenty of green sea turtles, birds and friendly gecos. If you have an opportunity, stay here. We will be booking again!

As gorgeous as the condo is inside, it’s the ocean views that really had us wowed. Every day, we could see dozens of turtles, pods of dolphins and even a couple of seals! The condo is perfectly situated between several beautiful beaches and hiking trails, and within an hour drive to either the north shore or west coast. An absolutely beautiful spot!!

This condo is situated in the bluff above the ocean that makes for literally makes the ocean directly your back door. The views are amazing and the 24/7 sound of the ocean waves was so calming.. Seeing green turtles, manta rays, spinner dolphins was also an incredible bonus! Love the quaintness of the grounds: only two buildings of accommodations makes for a more private, quiet, chill experience. The pool on the edge of the ocean was amazing too!

Amazing views, can even see the ocean while taking a shower! Loved sitting on the patio and watching the huge sea turtles. Condo was beautiful and appears to be newly remodeled. Unit equipped with AC and washer/dryer. Only issues that can easily be fixed, coffee machine did not work and had several cockroaches within the unit (one on the TV).

The condo complex is well-maintained with an on-site pool. Condo 101-C is a dream end-unit, two-bedroom space with an oversized patio on the first floor off the living room that overlooks a tidepool area where sea turtles frolic. Primary bedroom also has a smaller patio with seating and great views. Kitchen is well-appointed and living room has a giant flatscreen smart TV.

We loved our time at this condo. The unit was nice and updated, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the patio the most, watching the turtles daily and even seeing some whales. The condo is centrally located and near a lot of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

We loved the sounds of the crashing waves. We saw more turtles than we could count, dolphins on a daily basis and even saw monk seals. Such a great unit, very spacious and clean. The outdoor patio is the place to be, though!!

Loved the spacious kitchen, living room, seperated upstairs bedrooms and the amazing views from the balcony off the master bedroom. Felt very much like home away from home. The outdoor patio was the best spot on the entire property, at the end, private and offered great views. We enjoyed watching the turtles in the cove all day. Perfectly located to Poipu Beach as well as walking paths to the Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach. This was a family vacation celebrating our senior graduate and accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. I can't wait to return!!!!

The pictures don’t do this place justice! The views from the back patio are unbelievable and we loved being able to hear the sounds of the waves rolling in from inside the unit. The condo was very clean, updated, and spacious. It was also very easy to connect with the property manager.

Everything about this place is even better than the description! it is so peaceful and beautiful to be right on the water, hear and feel the waves splashing on the rocks, see the turtles swimming, and watch the sunset. While you have to walk a short distance to the sandy beach, this place is fabulous!! Extra modern and comfy kitchen and bathrooms. Love this place!!

Crashing waves and turtles met us upon check-in. The condo is right on a bluff overlooking the ocean. You won’t want to leave! Would book again!! Perfect location!!

Lovely location but overpriced & difficult parking. Needs a deep cleaning, but the condo was very comfortable and well stocked. Beautiful view & enjoyed watching the turtles in the cove. Property representatives were very responsive to requests when a problem did arise.

Couldn`t have asked for a better stay at 101C. Place has everything and is well maintained, AC works great! Place is almost too nice to where you don`t want to leave so might be better off renting your 2nd time to Poipu which was the case for us. The property overall is well kept and the pool was very nice. I will stay here again whenever visiting Poipu. Better than any room you could get at the Grand Hyatt next door.

The condo was beautiful, very clean and lots of extra touches. We were celebrating a 25th wedding anniversary and arrived to champagne and. a anniversary balloon , it was a very thoughtful surprise. You couldnt ask for a better view and falling asleep to the crashing waves each night was a dream. If we are ever back to Kauai we would definitely stay here again.

We just returned having stayed at this property 2/2/19-2/10/19. Magical.
The place is so clean, incredibly updated and perfect for the two of us. It would easily accommodate a family of 4. The unit was an easy walk to the parking, grill and pool. This condo is worth any extra $ for it's location and updated interiors, it is incredibly safe and well lit. It is an end unit which really is fantastic, the two bedrooms are upstairs and it has 3 bathrooms!!! My husband commented daily that they kitchen had everything, lots of cooking tools, plenty of glasses both plastic (pool worthy) and regular... We have rented several houses/condos in the past and this one is one of the best.
The Patio. I had a hard time wanting to explore the island because this Patio is everything. We saw turtles anytime we wanted to look for them. The dinner cruise we took actually passed by our place to look at "our whales" that is how often we could see a spout in the distance. I even saw a whale jump one night at dusk. The sunsets are remarkable we joked about why did we bother with the sunset cruise- it was "our sunset" where the boat again slowed down to take in the view.
The bed is super comfy (we both prefer a firm (not hard) mattress), bathroom is gorgeous. The washer and dryer were a perk and are nicer than our own at home. Books, lawn chairs. plenty of towels... everything we needed was waiting for us.
We can't wait to stay here again and have told all of our family and friends. It is a great location easy walk to two family beaches. We snorkeled and saw more turtles than any other trip.
We cooked in almost every night, easy access to Amazon prime allowed us to catch up on some movies. Walks in the am, sundowner drinks at night with postcard perfect view. What more could anyone want!
The company was so wonderful to work with. Literally everything was perfect. Thank you for making our trip so easy.

We stayed in this beautifully updated unit from 12/7/18 -12/15/18 and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The ocean views were amazing; the beds were comfortable; the unit was very clean; the kitchen supplies were all top notch; beaches were close by, etc., etc. The management company, Great Vacation Resorts, was wonderful and provided excellent service and communication.

This house has the most super fantastic view in the entire island of Kauai. The sea turtles were a treat too. The house is very nicely decorated. We definitely recommend this house.
