Welcome home to this wonderful spot in the Fairway Villas. As you can see, this is an easy and convenient home where you can enjoy your Waikoloa stay. Whether you want to golf, experience the beach first hand, shop, dine, or just enjoy a good movie, you have access to all of this and much more!

Fairway Villas itself will gladly meet most of your needs and wants. A spectacular community pool and fitness center can give you relaxation as well as the chance to work off those Mai Tais. The gated complex is secure, but the pedestrian entrance and exit will allow easy access to all that Waikoloa has to offer. What's a great day? Watching golfers (and non-golfers) play along as the coffee is getting piping hot. Perhaps it's spending the day watching your favorite show on the flatscreen TV while doing your laundry and relaxing in the cool A/C. If eating out is getting old, the full kitchen and nearby groceries will help inspire you to work with all of the amazing kitchen amenities.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Fairway Villas Waikoloa Beach Resort will start replacing the second-floor walkway tiles in buildings B, C, F, I, J, N. This will complete the replacement of all tiles on the second and third floor walkways. This project will start on May 16th, and run through October 28th, 2022.
The time frame for each building is as follows:
May 16, 2022-June 10, 2022, Building B
June 13, 2022-July 8, 2022, Building C
July 11, 2022-August 5, 2022, Building F
August 8, 2022-September 2, 2022, Building I
September 5, 2022-September 30, 2022, Building J
October 3, 2022-October 28, 2022, Building N

The first week of each building will be the noisiest with demolition taking place. After which they will occasionally be hammering and tile cutting. All units will be accessible at any time. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we move through this project.

This unit is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC.

Parking notes: The units designated parking stall is labeled 151. Please ensure that you have placed a parking pass from inside of your unit, on your dashboard during your stay. A 2nd parking pass will be left in the unit as well, and the additional vehicle can be parked in any available Visitor stall.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
