We stayed for a 4 night stay. Building was built in 1969/70 and has 50 units. Pool is small, maybe 6 people could fit in it. The unit is full of way too many decorations to the point there are not a lot of places to put things. Bedrooms don’t have a place to put your suitcase and closets are half full of cleaning supplies, linens, etc. The master bedroom DOES NOT have AC, only the second bedroom and living room. Bed in second bedroom is old and you can feel the springs, not very comfortable. Bathrooms need a deep cleaning and new bath/hand towels. We ran out of towels after 3 days and it’s $5 at coin op machines to wash there.
Kitchen is full of way too many dishes, glasses, utensils. It’s like they collect items left or go to yard sales. No pantry to store food, but nice new appliances. Only 2 bbq’s for entire property. No parking pass left to use, but property manager brought the next morning.

The view from the lanai is to die for, and the beach access is superb, especially if you have a family with young kids. Great beach, easy to swim in and enjoy Maui.

We loved our stay at this condo! Located on the first floor, it was amazing to walk out to the pool and to the beach right from our patio. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans and dishes. The bathrooms had tons of towels and even had beach towels.
Our kids loved the boogie boards and full face snorkels we found for use in the condo and it made our stay more special without having to rent anything.
Will definitely stay again! Mahalo for an amazing stay!

We visited Maui for the first time. The Hale Kai O Kihei is a wonderful place. We stayed in the 1st Flore which was fantastic for uns and the kids. The pool was right in front of us.
The apartment was very nice, clean and had lovely decoration elements. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is in an area where you can get all you need in walking distance: grocery’s, coffee, restaurants, bars…
Staying in Kihei is very good to have day trips around the island. We would try to stay again in this place.

The beach was steps away from the patio doors. I was told check-in could be moved up earlier, but when we got there the cleaning crew told us “no”. So we took in the scenery of the beach and the pool for a few hours. The fridge shelf was taped into place and the floor had a good amount of dirty for just being cleaned. Overall, the location was the best and the decor added to the Hawaiian theme.

Walking out to beach every morning🥰. Coffee on the back lanai…easy access to main highway to go and explore…aloha “wow-wow” lemonade SO close..as well as Fabiani’s Italian restaurant😉

This was a great property, located very close to the pool and a beautiful uncrowded beach. The only thing that was difficult to manage was you could not just walk out to the pool or beach, despite being steps away from the pool. The slider door does not lock from the outside so you have to go out the front and walk all the way around the property in order to lock up. That was the only inconvenience, otherwise this was a great place to stay!
