The 4 of us were very impressed with this unit❤️. It had all the appliances and kitchen supplies that we needed. The toilet shower rooms were not terrible but could use updating. The wall separating the 2 bedrooms provides needed privacy.
Would definitely rent again

Perfect place for two couples with two separate bathrooms. Lots of room to hang out. We had 2 twin infants with us, so we spent more time in the unit than we probably would have. Great beach for walking, running. Loved the view, the lanai. We saw outriggers going by each day! We used the AC every day. A little tricky to figure out with the 2 competing AC units. A couple of the living chairs were very uncomfortable. One seemed broken. Liked the pool. A bit cold. Great hot tub!

Kitchen had everything you would need. There is only one small TV in the front room. Beds are not that comfortable. Place was clean ! We had 4 teenagers and plenty of space to have your own space.

We had a wonderful stay at 511. The views were stunning, the balcony is south facing and hot! I'm sure some people love the heat but it was a bit intense for us to sit out there, lovely in the evening. Sugar beach resort is located close to everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked for the week we were there. The bathrooms are outdated and the shower curtain was moldy and flimsy so difficult to keep the water from escaping so I would advise putting a towel on the floor. The vents were also covered in dust in the bathroom and on the AC unit (we vaccumed the AC unit ones). Besides that everything was clean and comfortable for us. The owners had boogie boards and sand toys which was so nice for the kids and left a lovely welcome gift with treats from Hawaii. Of note, you cannot have anyone in the unit (even if they are not sleeping over) not registered which was disappointing because we couldn't visit with our family in the unit we rented but they could in theirs so while they hosted family dinners each night we were unable to. Also asked to use only the detergent provided for laundry but provided only a few packs of detergent and it was written that we were responsible for any other supplies needed. The last day we were asked to start the first load of laundry which we did. We would absolutely stay again.

AC was cold and easy to control. The grounds are beautiful and the condo was huge and clean. Absolutely beautiful view from the two lanais. This property is in the middle of everything (airport, costcos, stores etc.). Great location. I would highly recommend this condo. It made our vacation very enjoyable.

This condo comfortably accommodated our family of 6. The condo was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The views of the pool, ocean and beach were fantastic.

Very roomy 2 BR condo in the Sugar Beach resort with a great ocean view and easy access to the beach. Location is very central and convenient. Much quieter and less crowded than the bigger resort areas like Kaanapali or Wailea. Pool and spa area is nice, but you won't be ordering mai tais from a pool bar like a bigger resort.
Living room and kitchen area are pretty updated. The tile floors and bathrooms are starting to show their age and could use a refreshing.
Overall very nice. My family preferred this condo to previous ones in the Kaanapali area.

We really enjoyed our stay at 511. This is our 14th time at Sugar Beach and never had a bad condo. Only negative thing is the bathroom could use an update otherwise the condo was great

The condo was great. The walls are thin so a little noisy but couldn’t beat the view. The beach was great. And the on-site bar and grill were good.

Beach front central location, long, clean, safe beach for AM and PM walks. Very responsive agent when needed. Much better value and roomier than comparable hotels rooms.
