We absolutely loved the location and the fact that it was ground floor. The place seemed clean but our son was crawling around when we first got there and the floors although they looked clean made his hands, tops of feet and legs very dirty in the hour or so of playing. We also had an unwanted pest make a visit on the first morning there. We communicated with the property management and they were great in addressing our concern. Overall I’d recommend renting this unit but know there is no AC so it can get really hot even with the fans.

The location was fantastic plenty of room, the problems were the guest bedroom had hair and dirty sheets the first day we arrived, no pool key for two days, the worst part was the constant beeping every second in the water closet tried to turn it off with spare keys wouldn’t shut off very annoying was told I was going to get credited $500 haven’t seen $500 on my credit card yet can you help me 🤔

This house was so spacious, had a view of the ocean & was steps from the pool. There was also a path to follow from the complex down to Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach. Shipwreck has big waves so if you have littles, it's best for lounging on the beach & watching people jump off the cliff. There's also a great hiking trail starting there which is family friendly.
The home had "simple" amenities which aren't so common, such as a water filter pitcher in the fridge, which is SO appreciated. One of the *many* closets had chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, child life vests/puddle jumpers, snorkel gear, and a cooler bag. Pool / beach towels are also provided. Bring your own pool toys (noodles, floaties, rings, etc). Another closet had a box of books, while another had board games and puzzles - we enjoyed teaching our daughter Checkers.
As for the kitchen, it's well stocked. There are no spices/salt/pepper/oils but I've learned that's pretty common, so I suggest grabbing those at the store if you need them, along with any foil / food storage bags if needed. There's a coffee pot, microwave, toaster, instant pot, and blender.
FYI for TV watchers - living room was fine. However, one bedroom has a TV but it's not connected to anything (you can't stream or watch cable, it's literally just a screen) and the other room has no TV at all. My husband and daughter like TV in the background to fall asleep so it was a bit inconvenient but we made it work and we still loved the place, just something to note.
The home was clean and we appreciated the nice welcome note and gifts. Thank you for a great stay, wish it was longer!!

Truly the perfect location. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. Close to beaches and easy stroll to Starbucks and Kauai Juice. 2 miles to Da Crack and local market for Açaí bowls! Able to walk along the cliffs for ocean views. Only areas for improvement... master jetted tub wasn't very clean...plumbing inspection, interior pest control, emergency water shutoff, construction on unit next to us. Very minor issues that didn't impact our stay much. This is a great unit!

This was our first visit to Hawaii. It’s a short walk the shipwreck beach and a 5 minute drive to Poipu Beach. House was very clean with beautiful ocean views. It was very clean and lots of room for the family. Nice complex that is well maintained and quiet area. Rental car was a nice bonus and we would definitely stay here again. Everyone was very friendly and quickly responded to all our questions.

This was a beautiful condo, ideally located. We could see the beach from the patio, making for beautiful sunrises every day. It is a short five minute walk to the beach on a beautiful property. The property manager was very accommodating, and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely well equipped condo in a nice setting. Lots of green space and easy access to the coast. Great place for families with young kids - very close to Poipu beach which is perfect for younger children.

I found the layout of this condo perfect for 2 couples, rooms in opposite ends for privacy and separate bathrooms, with large living, kitchen, dining area and large lanai facing the ocean for great ocean breezes. We quite enjoyed our time at this condo. It was comfortable and the whole building block was quiet. The live in neighbours we did meet were very friendly. Unfortunately the pool was under construction with renovations, and being close to the pool was one of the reasons for choosing this unit however we were compensated for this inconvenience and there was access to another pool in Poipu Kai, albet a bit of a walk away. And the promised free car was most welcomed.

I'm really not sure this stay could have been any better. I'm all about clean and comfort, This Condo provided it all, plus a magnificent view. I will definitely request this unit again and again. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to me and my family!
