Our unit was pleasantly sized for 2+ people, with plenty of nice amenities and beach equipment available for free. The unit is in a large resort-style complex but feels relatively quiet and secure. The location in Kihei is great, although the walk to the beach is about 10 minutes through the complex (depending on where you stay). Nice attention to detail with a parking spot, check-in and check-out, and plenty of lounging areas. Overall we enjoyed it.

A good location in Maui located between Wailea and Kihei village. The unit itself needs: to have the rugs washed, to leave at least condiments in the fridge/cupboard, better supplies such as the quality of the toilet tissue, have boxes of kleenex available(i.e there were none!), there was no detergent for clothes washing, 2 TVs with 2 different cable operators. I was there for 6wks, for pleasure, not to have to worry bout shopping for supplies!

The property grounds are beautiful and generously spaced out with building clusters. I loved the lush landscaping and the pool/spa amenities were gorgeous! The overall feel of the condo is just pure paradise. We loved our stay so much that we even talked about purchasing a unit there someday :). Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

The unit was fine for our stay - provided the basic needs for our family. The carpet is in bad need of cleaning (stains), the dishwasher and washing machine are very old (and loud), and the closet doors like to stick. Unit needs upgrades but we are ok with an older unit. Love the upper pool and hot tub and the nearby beach.

Spacious condo conveniently located near great eating spots, beaches, and shopping. Super easy check in and fantastic customer service. Carpet could use some upgrading and the pocket door in the bathroom was difficult to shut but kitchen has nice appliances and AC works well. Neighbors were relatively quiet. Would recommend

We selected this property because we always stay at the Maui Kamaole when we’re in Maui. Due to limited availability we chose this place since it’d only be a couple of nights. The bed was comfortable but the pillows & pillow cases were old. The couch was also dingy, along with the carpet. Again, we love the complex but would not rent this particular unit again.

This condo was in a great location within walking distance of Kamaole Beach III. It had wonderful beach toys (sand toys, noodles, beach chairs, and boogie board). They also provided beach towels and some good essentials like olive oil, salt and pepper, and laundry detergent. For an 8 day stay though, they provide limited supplies of soap, toilet paper, and shampoo. Bathroom and kitchen are nicely updated with newer cabinets and a newer oven/stove. I loved the tile in the entry and hallway as it was easy to clean up any sand that came in with us from the beach. The only reason, I didn't give 5 stars is that the carpet badly needs to be replaced or professionally cleaned as it has many stains on it.
