With a gorgeous lanai that opens to views of the mountains and the manicured gardens of Pali Ke Kua, this two-level condo in Princeville is the North Shore of Kauai at its finest. You'll fall in love with the surf-inspired decor and the fun, chic ambience of this beachy-yet-luxurious space. Enjoy privacy, easy access to nearby golf courses and a private community beach, and all the amenities of a five-star accommodation, including a swimming pool and hot tub on the grounds.

It's hard to imagine a better Kauai setting, with mountain views that include waterfalls and Waialeale, and world-class surfing, swimming, snorkeling, hiking, and casual dining mere steps away. You'll be a one-minute walk from spectacular sunset vistas over Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay, and a quick stroll on a paved path from a private Pali Ke Kua beach with incredible views and great snorkeling. On the grounds of the property, you'll find an updated pool and hot tub surrounded by tropical flowers and trees, as well as barbecues where you can prepare dinner as you watch the sunset over the water.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by lofty vaulted ceilings, a breezy atmosphere, and hues of blue and white that bring to mind the colors of the shore. Down half a flight of stairs is the main living space, where you can open the sliding lanai doors to let in the ocean breeze and the scent of flowers. There are thoughtful updates throughout, including new furniture, new electronics, a Bose speaker, and high-speed WiFi.

The refined, designer kitchen is open to the living room and dining room, offering exposed shelving, updated stainless steel appliances, and a peninsula breakfast bar for two. The dining nook has three walls of glass, allowing you to enjoy your breakfast, coffee, and newspaper with a lovely mountain view.

After a day spent golfing, kayaking, or snorkeling, you'll return home to a stacked washer/dryer for your clothes and swimsuits and an electric grill to begin dinner outside on the lanai. This newly tiled outdoor space is perfect for everything from morning coffee to drinks at sunset, with a vast yard, mature landscaping, tropical gardens, and sweeping mountain views just beyond.

At night, you can watch Netflix and cable favorites on the flatscreen TV before retiring to one of two sleeping spaces - a main bedroom on the ground floor and a loft room upstairs, each with its own en suite full bathroom. In this ideal location, you'll have a private, peaceful setting that's close to beaches, activities, and the famous towns of Hanalei and Kilauea, providing you with a true Hawaiian experience.

Location is everything, and this place has it. Way down at the end of the main road in Princeville, near by the new fancy hotel they're building, with a nice walk to the beach and beautiful cliff vistas along the way.

Loved the stay here. A one bedroom but 4 people can stay very comfortably. Loved the mountain views and the walkability to some of the north shore beaches. Read the driving directions carefully, as the exact building can be tricky to find otherwise. It is shared with only one other unit, so it’s very private. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials like oils, salt, soy sauce to make cooking easier. Just bring your own fresh fish ☺️

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was lovely, clean and in working order. We loved the decor, and my daughter was able to play new songs on ukulele with the songbook in unit. The welcome basket with local products was a thoughtful touch. We loved having a mountain-facing unit, and saying hello to the nenes on the grass every day. We were next to the pool, and heard the pool caretaker arranging lounge chairs very early in the morning each day, but adjusted. We will come again, and will plan further in advance for a longer stay.

The condo was nice and fairly spacious. We did not use the upstairs (loft) bedroom but found it to be fairly hot in the evening. Considering they have a full kitchen, I would think they'd have a couple of condiments to use, nothing else there other than salt.....🙄

Close to the pool which kids loved, though adults found to be chilly. Adorable decorating and clever use of space especially in the master bathroom. There is a fairly long walk from parking lot to the unit which was inconvenient as we arrived late at night in the rain. Ukulele and record player with surf-themed records were a sweet touch!

We typically don’t remt condos so this was our first. We loved the way the condo was decorated, very surf and tiki inspired. We cooked thanksgiving here and the kitchen had everything we needed. They had beach chairs which was wonderful. Right next to the pool and a pizza place called Hideaways. We had two teen girls that slept in the loft, it was great having separate bathrooms. We would definitely rent here again.

This condo was the perfect location for us! We loved staying on the north side of the island which seemed a bit more relaxed and slow paced. The condo is just a short drive from the shops and restaurants at Hanalei and several awesome beaches. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful!

We enjoyed our accommodations. The space and place was really nice - and there is a nice cross breeze and fans to keep the condo cool. You do hear some noise from the pool and restaurant but nothing major - and it’s convenient to be close to both. The beach was an excellent spot to snorkel and we loved the visiting nenes:)
