This condo is perfectly situated on the ground level of the first floor making its access very convenient. The grounds are beautiful and the condo had everything we needed making our stay very comfortable.

We had a great time at Sugar Beach. It was great being oceanfront and not having to worry about the kids crossing the road. Ground level room we had a 20 second walk to the beach. Watching the sunset was a daily event for us. We liked our pool time and the other guests were friendly. The kitchen was great we cooked up a lot of meals in there and the bbq facility was nice and clean. The place is well groomed with the staff raking and cleaning daily. Strongly recommend this place.

We had rented several condos for our family. This one was used by our son and his family- met every need and provided a wonderful vacation time for all!! Having a ground floor was super great for the kids and especially so close to the pool. Was a wonderful trip for all of us!

I wish the beach out front had some better rocks for snorkeling. But that would be my only complaint 🙂 Amenities are wonderful, the grounds crew does an awesome job, the pool and beach are easy to access for a short bit rather than having to plan to be gone for beach time. We had a very comfortable, ground level condo and our two year loved running around and picking up plumeria flowers that had fallen.

We really enjoyed this unit. Steps from the beach and we ate breakfast outside every morning. Unit super cute, well stocked, and exactly as in the pictures. Very small beach so mostly enjoyed it from the lounge chairs on the grass about 10 feet away.

This is a beauitful, modern unit that is updated with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom appliances and bedding. The lanai felt private with the large native plants, and the ground floor location was great for kids to play out on the grass and the pool was very easily accessible. However, the cleanliness of the unit could have been better--hair was tangled in the vent in shower and balls of hair noted underneath the bedroom bed. The fans worked well, but on the "high setting" they looked unstable. Overall, I highly recommend this unit and I would stay here again!

Loved that the condo has great access to the pool and beach. Location is near many great eats. Full size kitchen for large meals if needed, but who has time for that when lounging by the beach and hot tub all day? Love the welcome gift bag. Will always wish we had extra days. Thank you for the handy broom and vacuum. My kids sure track sand in their pockets. Mahalo Sandy Beach Resorts!

This was the perfect condo for four or five days in Maui. Very comfortable, centrally located, walk right out to the beach, and parking is included for free.
The two of us were extremely comfortable. The living room is great with a Large couch that pulls out so bed, large TV with cable and large sliding glass doors that view out to the pool. You can step right outside the doors and head to the beach to watch a sunset.
The kitchen is well equipped; with a full-size refrigerator and range, along with a microwave and a must have coffee maker. (There’s also a rice cooker many pots and pans, and a toaster) Your basics such as salt and pepper are also in the cabinet.
The bedroom has a king size bed, and unlike other reviews, it was a comfortable temperature to sleep easily at night. We noticed it’s also very quiet at this property at night.
The condo was extremely clean but I didn’t mind giving the floor a quick sweep before we walk around without our shoes. It’s a beachside condo of course so you can expect to have a little bit of sand on the ground. While the unit is not ocean front. The beach is about 50 steps away. And you could see the water in a peekaboo fashion right on the patio. The patio is well equipped with a table and four chairs that you can relax on, or have a great meal and enjoy your coffee.
When we come back to Maui, we look forward to staying at this place again. I hope you can enjoy it as much as we did. Certainly this place is a treat and a retreat. Speaking of treats - The owners left a bag of goodies on the table that included a lunch bag full of snacks. Nice touch. Aloha!

We rented the room with the garden view, which was perfect for my kids (4 and 1). They loved being able to step out of the balcony area into the grass. It was convenient for accessing the beach too, which was maybe 100 meters from our room. Although we were mostly out exploring, the condo was fully equipped with what we would need to cook and clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family/friends. The pool and hot tub were nice, too.
