The unit was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. A big plus was the air conditioning. Linens and towels were in very good condition and enough for the unit. Washer and dryer worked well plus enough hangers and laundry basket. Table top ironing board and iron included.Kitchen had everything you would need in term of dishes,pots etc. No condiments but salt and pepper. The unit provided a few beach chairs,coolers and frozen icepack. The sofa cushions were not comfortable and moved around a lot when sitting on them. Outdoor deck was nice but the cushions needed a good cleaning. Slider door was extremely difficult to open and close.Time for a upgrade. Entry way mechanism was tempermental time for upgrade. This unit is main floor so unfortunately noise transfers down from unit above. m

We loved this property. My husband and I stayed there with our two teenage boys. Clean is a must for me, and this place was great. The kitchen was well-stocked. It lacked for nothing that I needed to prepare meals. The thoughtful extras, like boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas were so nice. The welcome treats were the cherry on top. We would absolutely book this place again!!

Great location, clean and good size for four adults. Kitchen well stocked with cooling utensils but only cooking spice was a small shaker of pepper didn’t even have salt, cooking oil would have been nice. Had to work with a big mgmt company multiple messages to with slow response and wanted to know what time it was where we were? Beds were very comfortable everything was clean and comfortable.

Great location! Blake & Nancy were great to work with. We stayed 5 nights in comfort. Super cozy beds, pillows & bedding. Water pressure in showers are excellent. Kitchen's fully stocked with essentials. Very clean. Washer/dryer inside. Very spacious!! They could use a new ironing board but I'm sure most guest don't iron since most live in bathing suits while in Kauai. We were attending our nephews wedding, so needed to iron. The board collapses but we managed. I'd highly recommend staying here!!! Mahalo!!!🌺

This is a spacious condo with a great open floor plan. A few things to note, it was not stocked with basic essentials, napkins, salt/pepper, shampoo, or bath soap. Being a downstairs unit, there was a family with little ones staying upstairs and the floors are REALLY thin along with parents that aren't the brightest or just Oblivious to common decency- by letting the little one run back and forth all day and night, this was early morning, mid day and until 8/9 PM. Over all we would stay again and pray we're not vacationing with family with smaller kids above.

Nicely anointed condo close to the ocean. Furnished well and comfortable. Never used the pool, it was pretty small for what we saw.
