Kamaole Beach Park III, located just across South Kihei Road, is one of South Maui’s best swimming, snorkeling, and sunning beaches. This luxurious and extra-spacious condo showcases a lovely view. Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks that include free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable condo! The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of gadgets that I’m sure were bought and then left behind. We added cling wrap and baggies plus napkins to the cupboards. My only negative comment is that the towels and linens need serious upgrading. A trip to Costco would solve the problem of small bath towels. They are also getting a little dingy looking. Our problem of a shower tap that wouldn’t turn off was fixed very quickly. Thank you! I’m a bit of a clean freak so cleaning supplies for the guests would also be nice. Overall we loved the place and would definitely rent it again.

Clean, well-equipped condo near pool and short walk to beach and restaurants with views of Haleakalā along the way. Also walking distance to boat ramp for snorkeling and whale-watching excursions.

We Come to Maui 2-3x’s a year. Using Vacasa was very easy, love simple check in/ check out process. Would definitely rent other units in the future. Only thing (if you are a sensitive sleeper), master bed was a little unsupportive as were pillows. But you’re on vacation so no matter what it is worth it. Unit was clean and filled with everything we needed.

top tier furniture, layout, and amenities! the bed was incredibly comfy and the showers were luxurious. all appliances felt brand new and the home had lots of windows to let beautiful sunlight spill in. and cold AC! this home was spacious and overall wonderful. however, the ceiling above feels very thin - the condo above seems to frequently be rented out to families with young children and you can hear every single footstep while they’re running around. however, aside from the thin ceiling, it was everything I could have dreamt of!

The home is very comfortable! It had all the basics and then some. We didn’t have to worry about buying anything except for groceries. On top of that, the community itself is very quiet so it truly was a relaxing getaway.

This unit was wonderful for my husband and I. The kitchen was well equipped, with many bonus items (rice cooker, traveling pitcher, blender, etc.). There were coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, etc. to enjoy, which was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were amazingly soft! There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The unit seemed equipped for six people with all of the additional towels, linens, etc. Having a second bathroom was extremely handy for us, and got us out the door quickly to our early adventures. The living room air conditioner didn't do much for us, but we didn't spend much time in the unit with it running. The bedroom air conditioner was well appreciated, though we had difficulty programming it, and using the remote. It was loud if it kicked on in the middle of the night, but that wasn't a huge inconvenience. Overall, we had a lovely stay. We would absolutely rent this unit again!

Clean, good location. The beach supplies added were a nice touch. Used the chair and boogie board. Everything updated. Never got code for pool entry. AC kind of loud in bedroom.

The condo was great. Clean, large, well-equipped. Everything we needed. Definitely lacking in linens (Bath and beach towels). Had to contact the rental company every day we were there because we weren’t provided the door code or the pool code and there was a leak in the bathroom. The company was responsive every time however the issue was resolved quickly. It was frustrating to have to deal with that daily on our vacation however.
