This place was amazing! We spend our 10th anniversary here and it was so nice. The view was incredible. It was so quiet and homey, didn’t even notice other people staying there, was not loud like a resort. Didn’t have AC so remember that but we loved this place. Would stay here again! Thank you so much for renting this out. Literally amazing. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing right outside your window, watching the surfers every morning, just can’t beat it. Thank you thank you!

I loved this condo. My favorite was listening to the waves everyday and night. Having the second bathroom was really nice for my family of 4. The property was quiet and peaceful.

The condo was just as described. It is in a great location. On the ocean side of the building we heard no traffic noise- just the rolling surf. The tide pools were fun. We had a great time

The view from the condo is amazing. We were right on the ocean and enjoyed the sound of the waves. It was obvious that some major renovation had taken place recently as the kitchen and bathrooms looked like new. The access to the lanai was made difficult by stubborn sliding glass doors and screens, so some maintenance is required. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay - condo was nice - a little dated, but clean and the view was spectacular. We did have a couple of light bulbs out and there were ants in the kitchen. We didn’t cook so it didn’t affect us but thought you would want to know for the next guests. Overall happy with the stay.

The picture on this is very deceiving. It does not look that new in real life.
Sadly I tried to look past the problems that came up but seemed like another thing would happen around every corner. Let me explain:
1. The screen doors don't shut all the way.
2. There are so many switches without labels that I had to go around guessing with ones went where (some did nit go to anything)
3. The outlets behind the nightstands in the bedroom only worked in half way.
4. The outlet in the main bathroom sparked when I plugged my blow dryer in leaving my plug black (my guess is because it's old and was very dusty)
5. The other bathrooms outlet was so incredibly dirty (I took pictures but in nit sure if I'll be able to share) that we indeed made sure not to touch it.
6. The bed was so hard (and I can usually adjust to a firm bed without complaint) that I literally woke up on the 3rd in tears because I had not slept and was in pain. Iver never slept so bad. It made for a really long week.
7. I decided to do a load of towels so we didn't dirty all of them and when. Put in the dryer... I started it amd immediately heard a loud clunking. I opened it to find a random screen in the back off that would not stay in when I tried to put it back. At this point I was done and decided I would review when the trip was over.
This place is very outdated and needs matientce done not for looks (I can do outdated looks) but for safety reasons.
Honestly, since there is no cancelation after the before 30 days, we would have eaten the money after day 2 had there been something else available to go to. Unfortunately it being during holiday breaks for everyone kona was packed and we were forced to stay here for the week.
We most definitely will never rent this room again.

Ich war vom 27.11 bis 02.12 im Kona Bali Kai in Kailua-Kona. Die Unterkunft war die beste während meiner Hawaii Reise. Eine tolle Einrichtung, Küche mit Vollausstattung, Bad und WC in Top Zustand. Das Wohnzimmer sehr bequem wobei sich der wesentliche Teil des Aufenthaltes auf dem Balkon abgespielt hat. Der Pazifik zum Greifen nah. Sensationell. Die Mitarbeiterin im Office sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Adresse. Ich werde jeden Fall diese traumhafte Location wieder besuchen und freue mich jetzt schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt im Kona Bali Kai. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wonderful stay. The view and lanai were wonderful. Lots of beach amenities. We loved staying there And it was very convenient to everything in the neighborhood. We can’t wait to go back!

We could not have asked for a better location! The unit was clean and comfortable and, while not air conditioned, had plenty of fans and we were able to leave the doors to the lanai open at night so we could take advantage of the breeze and the sound of the waves. Check in and check out were very easy and we really enjoyed our stay. My friend and I both agreed that we would stay here again if the unit is available the next time we visit!

Right on the water , we could spot birds, turtles , fish , spinner dolphins and surfers from our lanai. Located a couple mile south of the busy town it was a great quiet place to relax with the convenience of restaurants and entertainment if wanted. Great home base for exploring the whole island. Welcoming decor , equipped kitchen, plentiful nice linens, and chairs and towels for the beach. Great place for small family with the pool and sheltered sand area. Slept to the sounds of the ocean . Plan to come again.

It was a great spot…short drive/Uber into Kona village for dinner out, but not in the busy part of town. Great kitchen and ate most meals in on the lanai…we will return I hope!!

We loved staying here! An ocean view is what we wanted and that’s what we got. Clean space, full kitchen, two bathrooms, very very comfortable accommodation but being so close to the water is what this place is all about! Our 24/7 view of the ocean and the sound of the waves was breathtaking. We watched the sunset from our lanai almost every night. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed this oceanfront, top floor condo. Came with everything we could need for our week long trip. Great location in Kona, ample parking, and quiet. Was made to feel very welcome and was given numbers to reach out if there were any problems, we had none. Only complaint would be is that we could only get 1 of the 3 ceiling fans to work (did have 2 stand fans to keep us cool) and electrical outlets were few and some didn’t work. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed watching the waves, surfers, and sunsets from the lanai. The bed is comfortable, but it's listed as a Queen when it is actually a Full. The kitchen had everything we needed. Only one garbage bag was provided though, which seemed odd. The property is in a good location - not too close to town and not too far away. Overall, a terrific place to stay.

This place was excellent!! The view was phenomenal. Clean and well equipped unit. Having the washer and dryer was amazing. First time staying here and will definitely stay here again.
