Comfortable condo, with a convenient Princeville location, close to shops & services, and ideal for exploring Kauai’s North Shore. Could have done with more thorough clean before we checked in. Advertised as for up to 8 people, but only if small children are sharing the pull-out sofa bed – otherwise comfortably fits 7. Gorgeous beaches within easy reach. Hanalei Bay a pleasant 10 min drive away.

There was no jacuzzi as advertised and the house was extremely dusty. The fans, window screen etc did not seem like they had ever been cleaned. The floor, counter, bathrooms and bedrooms were generally clean but the dust was too much.

Enjoyed everything about this condo though lost one star for fans that you couldn't put on high. With no air conditioning the fans are extremely important and they just had one low speed.

This vacation home is a beautiful place to stay in Kauai, which is a dream island already. It's in a good location and it was clean, spacious, comfy and just what we needed for our group. We were nervous about not having AC but the fresh air, temperature, and air flow was more than comfortable the entirety of our stay in the home.
We were able to cook almost every day with the equipment provided and the grocery store is just down the street. We used the electric grill on the patio, which wasn't great, but forgot about the grill's provided in the pool area! The beach chairs and water toys were so fun and convenient to have. Also, it was so helpful to have a pack-n-play in the house. Just beware of the downstairs shower water pressure. It is no joke. haha.
Vacasa was communicative about directions and check in/out and even emailed to see how our stay was going. We also loved the welcome basket of goodies with the thoughtful note.
We had a great experience and we enjoyed our stay very much.

This space was fantastic for our 2 families travelling together (4 adults and 4 kids) and staying here for 2 weeks. The kitchen was well stocked in things to make meals for all of us, we all had a comfy bed to sleep in, the deck was spacious and had a great covered spot to still enjoy it during the occasional showers, our kids loved the loft space and the Nugget kids couch they could build with. The pool was much larger than the pictures portrayed and was never busy, having the ping-pong table there was also enjoyable for all. We will definitely be recommending this spot to friends and hope to return to our Vacay house again in the future.

Beautiful condo, comfortable for kids with a great loft area for kids to play/hang out. Beds and couch were comfortable. Definitely feels like a vacation rental (you can tell no one lives here).
The shower/bath situation wasn’t great - tub wouldn’t stay full and the shower head wouldn’t turn off in bath mode. Made bathing kids hard (they prefer baths to showers). The downstairs shower has enough water pressure to be painful, so we just didn’t use it.
The kitchen is nicely laid out, but is lacking things - lots of plastic stuff, but not enough non-plastic plates and cups. No dish drying rack for things that can’t go in the dishwasher. No dust pan if you want to sweep some of the inevitable sand.
Oh, and cockroaches. That was not a nice surprise.
Overall a beautifully decorated and comfortable home, but some additional things would bring more of the comforts of home, which is what I look for in a rental home.

The second was that we saw two cockroaches in the unit. But it seemed that those may have just come from the outside. Other things that should be improved would be new beach chairs as two were broken and to invest in new boogie boards as all four were broken in half prior to us coming. All in all we had a wonderful experience everyone was happy and had a great time and we look forward to coming back..

Just want to say, off the bat, the customer service is excellent. Super prompt, understanding, and helpful. The little issues we had were quickly resolved and to our satisfaction. The only thing I would suggest in this particular unit, is better fans. This condo does not have AC. And we had a few nights where the upstairs bedrooms were very warm. But other than that. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. :)

Beautiful, peaceful property...well-equipped and comfortable. Great location in Princeville, within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, banks, and a post office. Only ten minutes from magical Hanalei. This is a great property for families or groups. I highly recommend!

I loved how this house was spacious, clean and filled with everything we needed. The kitchen was very well-equipped, we had loads of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pucks etc. Our only negative was that some of the noise (mostly walking) from the neighboring home carried over into the master bedroom of this rental. But overall this was a great rental.

We had an amazing time. The house is conveniently located, clean and light. Kids loved the pool and ping pong table in the common area. Other residence of the complex were super friendly. The house could use a few more plates and utensils though.

The overall stay wasn't bad. The pull out couch was sandy when we pulled it out to sleep. Also one of the room had ants all over the bed when we came back. The house was breezy which was nice with no AC.

We loved this property. It's clean and beautiful. Lots of thoughtful little details. Yoga mats, sarongs, lots of bath and beach towels, fans in every room, boogie boards, chocolates and a card to greet us... It was truly special. The pool was great and there's a ping pong table in the common area next to the pool. We felt spoiled staying there. It made our trip even more special. Thank you!
