We had a great time! Check in was easy and very informative through email. When checking out, we waited for an hour for a staff member to help us with a problem we had. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay! A great experience , and a beautiful view!

Spectacularly close to the water! Condo is stocked with snorkelling gear (for 2) beach towels, laundry, and all kinds of kitchen appliances. My only complaint is the 10am checkout. Another note, which did not bother us- it is dated so if you need stylings this is not your spot- but if you’re looking for relaxation on the water- this is it.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the soothing sounds of the ocean. This property's location is simply unbeatable. Perched right on the oceanfront, it offers uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and breathtaking sunsets that left us in awe every evening. Being just a short drive from Kailua-Kona's attractions, we had the best of both worlds – serenity and convenience. The open-concept layout allowed us to savor the ocean views from almost every room. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-end appliances, making cooking a pleasure. We appreciated the provided snorkeling gear, which allowed us to explore the underwater wonders just steps from our door. The outdoor spaces were our favorite spots to unwind and soak in the Hawaiian sun. Overall, our stay at this oceanfront property in Kailua-Kona was a slice of paradise. The best part of this condo was the view from the Lanai. Also, so easy to access the beach area. Beautiful ocean front where you can put your feet in the water and even watch turtles crawl up onto the beach. When we stayed there it happened to be a time of high waves and we were able to watch surfers all day long. It must be a popular area for surfers. If you love hearing the waves crashing on shore 24/7 then you would love this place. A few things that need attention: The lanai furniture seemed a bit over used. One of the lounge chairs was broken. The bed was not very comfortable and needs fixing underneath. All other aspects of the condo was adequate. The pool area was not to my liking. It's in the center of the court area and it only has sun during a few hours of the day. We did not spend too much time there. The staff at the condominium unit were very friendly and helpful. The parking area was great because it was under the building and out of the sun. But you don't want to park right in front of the beach because your car windows will get salt water sprayed and you'll need to clean your windows daily. Just a few little issues but other than that the view overpowered the problems at times.

It was wonderful to be right on the ocean & listen to the ocean all the time. There was a table & chairs on the patio & we ate out there all the time. At low tide we explored the area right outside the condo and found 3 sea turtles, fish & lots of crabs - it was great! Leaving the windows open & the fan running we were comfortable at night despite the lack of A/C. The location was great for heading north or south.

The location of this property is great - wonderful ocean front view. However, there were some issues: 1) The ad doesn't not mention there is no A/C 2) The unit is old and needs updating. The furniture is in poor condition (recliner is broken). 3) The property has no chairs outside, so no ability to sit by the water. 4) Very limited lounge chairs in pool area 5) Hairdryer in bath did not work

If you like hearing the ocean, then this is the place for you. Could not have asked for a better view from the Lanai. The unit itself was as described. We would stay there again in a second!

Beachfront and has a nice view. Can’t really swim here as it is very rocky. Condo looks larger in pictures and fresher. Kitchen cabinets are glossy and misleading. Pull out bed mattress is in terrible condition. All in all decent but not spectacular at all.

Perfect for our plans. Gorgeous views. Quiet property in a location that gave us a calm neighborhood but easy proximity to town. Unit could use some cosmetic updates (window blinds, wifi did not work--not a huge problem and I presume isolated) but all in all, exactly what we were looking for. Got very used to enjoying coffee on the Lanai, feet from the crashing surf, watching the surfers....and the sunsets.....amazing.

Nice big shower and the other bathroom has a tub. Spacious kitchen with beautiful countertops and new cabinets. The condo building had a lovely pool and hot tub in the center. It was a lovely place to spend our 10th wedding anniversary.
