Kamaole 1 (Kam 1) is the local beach at the bottom of the driveway and features picnic areas, a large shoreline, and plenty of shade and grass if it gets a little warm or windy. Just below Ali'i Kai is Dolphin Plaza where you can rent a paddleboard or snorkel gear from Boss Frog's, grab lunch at Maui Fish N Chips, or go local with Jawz and their awesome tacos. Golf is in both directions with Maui Nui just mauka from the highway about three miles away and the famous Wailea Blue, Gold, and Emerald Courses four miles south. Get on the water with a snorkeling or whale watching tour on Redline Rafting which launches just a mile away at the Kihei boat ramp.

It was so nice to show up to the condo and not need to bring anything other than your clothes. To say the condo is stocked with everything you need is an understatement! Everything was very clean and the in unit laundry was so nice!

WE LOVED THIS UNIT!! The pretty view, it gave us that homie/ comfortable feeling, I rated the cleanliness of the unit 3-4 because it was some what clean😬 there was some left behind beach sand here and there on the floors and bath tub and there were hair on the wall of the tub, but after little sweeping/ mop and a quick rinse off of the tub it was fine. We didn’t let that stop us from enjoying our stay. in the beginning we had a hard time finding our unit but once we did and as we got more acquaintance with the property it was fine. We can’t wait for next visit/ town run get away..

We loved the view from the Lanai! This condo is newly renovated, it looks even better than the pictures. It also has everything you need to enjoy the beach: beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and coolers! We will be back!

Beautiful unit, has AC, washer/dryer in unit, lots of kitchen amenities, beach chairs, coolers for beach use, great location, close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, Kahului. Also very quiet for being so close to lots of activity. Loved it!! Only downfall is parking, hard to find a close spot and owners often take guest parking spots. We give this place a 4.8 out of 5 rating!

My wife and I stayed here Feb 2020. I believe we were the first renters of this newly renovated unit. We loved our stay here, location cannot really be beat in Kihei at this price. Close to some really great places to eat including a bakery, cafe, and ice cream place. Unit was very quiet, well appointed, and had great beach gear (chairs, umbrella, boogie board). The beach here is amazing too, one of the best in Maui for lounging and on some days boogie boarding. Our only criticism is that the bed was too soft for us, don’t book if you don’t like a very very soft bed.
