This 3rd-floor condo has lots of gorgeous updates in the kitchen and living room that will make you come back here year after year. Kamaole 1 (Kam 1) is the local beach at the bottom of the driveway and features picnic areas, a large shoreline, and plenty of shade and grass if it gets a little warm or windy. Just below Ali'i Kai is Dolphin Plaza where you can rent a paddleboard or snorkel gear from Boss Frog's, grab lunch at Maui Fish N Chips, or go local with Jawz and their awesome tacos. Golf is in both directions with Maui Nui just mauka from the highway about three miles away and the famous Wailea Blue, Gold, and Emerald Courses four miles south. Get on the water with a snorkeling or whale watching tour on Redline Rafting which launches just a mile away at the Kihei boat ramp.
