Waikoloa is a very walkable area. Queen's Marketplace is just across the street and includes a movie theater, grocery store, Starbucks, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Even more shopping and dining options, including A-Bay's grill with the ice bar, are found at the King's Shops just another block away. You'll want to spend at least one sunset at Lava Lava Beach Club where you can drink and dine in the open-air bar or at one of the many tables right on the beach. Just a mile away, you can swim with dolphins at Dolphin Quest, or get a different perspective of the entire island on a Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour less than a mile and a half off the highway.

Location is great. The property is clean. The grill is an added benefit. Kitchen could have a little better equipped. No tea kettle, not enough hot pads, certain dishes or glasses. No beach chairs.

Very lovely condo in a fabulous location. We usually stay on Ali’i Drive but decided on Waikoloa this time and it did not disappoint. Many leisurely mornings on the balcony for breakfast. Well appointed condo and the grill was amazing to have right on our balcony. Only thing that would have been nice is some blackout shades in the primary as the sun is up and bright very early. Too early for vacation wake up. We would re-book here n the future.

Perfect place, location and facilities. Grocery, bar and Starbucks right next door, very nice condo on the golf course super comfortable beds and furniture. All Rooms have a tv. Washer and dryer dishwasher. big bonus, bbq on your own private deck.

This condo had everything we needed for our 12-day stay! It was very clean and comfortable and in the perfect location. Close to the pool, shops and you can walk to the beach. The kitchen came fully equipped and it was a bonus to have our own barbecue. Although we couldn’t park in the garage, there were guest parking spaces very close to the condo and it wasn’t an issue. Can’t wait to go back!

This property is in a great location —- walkable to beach and shopping. Kitchen essentials provided as well as beach towels and umbrella. Ice chests as well. Not much in the way of beach toys though… if you have young ones you’ll probably want to pick something up at the ABC store. All in all, a good stay…… we’ve stayed at other rentals in this complex before that were nicer. A few adjustments to this property would make it great. Clean the carpets (they’re very dirty and stained). Update couches. New sheets. And provide beach toys (volleyball, football, floaties, etc). A nice addition to the kitchen would be adding a small container of salt, pepper and olive oil. More laundry detergent pods too —- 2 pods for a family of 5over 10 days won’t do.

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen, sehr sicheren Anlage. Die Wohnung und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet und auf dem überdachten Balkon kann man mit Blick auf die ruhige Golfanlage sehr gut sitzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We loved everything about this property and location! We are a a family of 5 and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We especially appreciated the large selection of beach supplies including chairs, snorkel gear and toys! The beach club was a favorite hangout for us as well several times! The kitchen is fully equipped, the place is impeccably clean, the towels are new and there is plenary of them to use at the beach. Everything is provided for a great vacation. Also, the place is within walking distance to hotels, restaurants and beaches and less than 15 minutes drive to some of the best beaches and state parks on the island. You should definitely stay at this place!

Location can’t be beat and the unit is very nice. BBQ didn’t work properly but not a huge problem and I believe they will get it fixed soon. Unbeknownst to us, each condo owner is required to give their renters access to their private garage for parking. The owner’s vehicle was in the garage, so we had to use a (~scarce) guest spot. Not a huge issue for us, but having other owners make negative comments wasn’t great.

Nice, quiet location and about 1/2 hour from either Kona or Waimea, but walking to shopping and dining. We were thankful that it was a short drive to a beach with free parking and my teenager also appreciated the body board.
