It was located in a nice area, not far from everything in Kona, but not so central where you constantly had people passing by. It was clean upon arrival and a/c worked well. A few things to note is that the pics made it seem like you were on the beach, you are not so I was a bit disappointed there, however they give you access to the pool/hot tub/beach area across the street with the rest of the condos. We also had a broken closet door and the bed/pillows were very uncomfy; hard as rocks! But overall it got the job done and would recommend it for someone who isnt too picky. 3.5 stars out of 5.

Nice little condo with good location. Owners have done well to fix up the place and have a little more to go. For the price point, nice place to stay in good location.

Unit on ground floor, and gets a lot of traffic noise from Ali’i street. Lanai therefore not very usable. Convenient to the beach, and awesome Kahalu’u snorkeling. Kitchen needs updated cutlery and glass drinking cups instead of plastic ware.

Although an efficiency condo, the kitchen, bathroom, and main room were large and very nice. I relied on others for a car, so at age 71 I was not close to town.

Cute little studio with updated kitchen and bath. Priced right for what you get. Across the street from pool and beach. Noisy traffic at night.

Exactly as described, easy check in and parking, and really appreciated the washer/ dryer in the unit.
The condo is wonderfully decorated, clean and stocked with necessities. Would definitely rent again!

The place was exactly what my family needed. Very family friendly, had great amenities, was a pack n play in room, bottle brush, beach chair, lunch box, washer and dryer, the beach waves crash right outside our room at a personal little beach and so much more. I was very impressed and will stay here again in the future.
