Unit can have a maximum of two cars on property at any given time. One in the garage and the other in an open space with a valid parking placard displayed on the dashboard. Please note that any infraction of House Rules will result in a minimum $100 fine for each infraction. Parking violations will result in a $100 fine. Second parking violations will result in a $200 fine. Subsequent parking violations will result in a $300 fine and/or towing at the owner’s expense; fines are assessed for each infraction.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
