Make yourself at home in this beautiful garden-level condo in the Shores at Waikoloa! After a day of golfing, shopping, playing tennis, or lounging on the ocean beach, you'll love relaxing in the shared swimming pool and hot tub, cooling off in the air-conditioned living space, and using the gas grill to prepare dinner on your wrap-around lanai!

This condo sits in the midst of manicured greens and fairways, less than a mile north of Anaehoʻomalu Beach. Choose between the Francis H. L'i Brown Golf Courses, the Waikoloa Kings' Course, and the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course within two miles of your door, and enjoy the dining, shopping, and theater options in Queens' MarketPlace one mile south. You'll also find a wealth of dining options within a mile or so, including Tropics Ale House, A-Bay's Island Grill, and the beachfront happy hours at Lava Lava Beach Club.

This condo sits only one mile down the road from the shores of Puako Petroglyph Park. You'll be one mile east of the Fairmont Orchid, where you can get a massage, spend a day at the beach harbor, or grab a drink at the beach bar and watch for rays and honu (turtles) under the spotlight. You'll also be two miles north of the Francis H. I'i Brown South Golf Course, six miles south of the incredible Hapuna Beach State Park, and less than a mile from a grocery store, restaurants, and shops.

Condo was very clean, great location to watch sunset, go to the Hilton, restaurant 100 yards away with a great happy hour menu, pool and hot tub very nice. Close to Hapuna and Mauna Kea beaches.

Everything was well thought, the instructions were crystal clear, the home was sparkling, the place was spacious and sunny, everything was in excellent condition. Felt like a home away from home:) Stasha was also very welcoming and helpful. Definitely I’ll come here next time too!

Perfect location to the ocean, pool, shops and Tennis courts. Walk or drive. Lots is privacy from the two bedrooms. Loved the ground level as we sat out on the grass sometimes to get more sun and loved all the birds. The kitchen was very well stocked !!! Thank you as we enjoyed cooking some meals and all our breakfasts. Thank you!!

The ground floor condo is spacious, well appointed, comfy beds, plenty of linens, huge lanai with table and chairs for outside dining. What more could one ask? As It is next to an open grassland, there are a great variety of birds to see, like Gray Francolins, finches of all sorts, nenes, plovers, and, of course, mongooses. The Hilton is within easy walking distance if a guest is attending a conference. As an aside, we had a minor accident which required suturing and can say that the ER up in Waimea provided outstanding service.

My family enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and the pool was never crowded. I hope to have the chance to visit again.

This condo was just right for our mother-daughter reunion. It was casual, spacious and clean. The lanai was quiet and private with a lovely garden view. The pool area was never overcrowded and we loved sunbathing there.

Condo need major updates. Not as pictured need to replace dishwasher shower heads Kitchen small no where to put your groceries bedding does not fit bed no pillowcases on pillows dirty coffee grounds. Need I say more not a good unit overall. Would not recommend

We had a great stay. We are a multigenerational family and we were all comfortable and the place was a great space to stay and rest our heads after adventures on the big island. My mom and I enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning! The kids liked chasing the geckos at night on the lanai. 🙂 Your kitchen was well appointed and made fixing meals easy. The linens were comfortable and not so luxurious we were afraid to use them! Thank you for providing us a home away from home!

We were a multi generational family unit, that enjoyed the place. The kids loved the pool, Mom and I loved the lanai and we all loved the condo. It was a comfortably appointed condo for meal prep, consumption, and sleeping. The 2 bathrooms made it easy for all of us to get ready to go play out. We would happily come back to stay again in the future.
