You'll have a private lanai, easy walking access to shopping and dining, and shared use of an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a gym, and a terrace with gas grills!

You'll find this condo in the Island Colony, a canal-front building that features a car rental agency, a video rental store, an internet cafe, and a convenience store. The golden beaches of Waikiki are less than half a mile southwest, allowing you to surf, swim, snorkel, and people-watch with ease. You'll also be one block from a local bus stop; mere blocks from restaurants, live music, and nightlife; and 11 miles southeast of Pearl Harbor.

The building has a pool & hot tub as well as place to buy snacks which were all great. It is nice having security and a place to grab breakfast in the ground floor too. Great location too where most things are 5 to 10 minutes walking and you have lots of restaurants nearby. The unit itself is small and furnished quite haphazardly. We haven't rented often in Honolulu so don't know how this compares but for the price we paid we certainly hoped for higher quality stuff in the unit. With that said, we got used to it and had a nice month in the place just at a higher price and lower standard than we were hoping for / used to. The unit also gets hot when the winds aren't going. When they are you can open the front window and bedroom window to create a nice wind tunnel, otherwise the AC unit really only cools the bedroom.

We stayed here for almost 4 months. Quite a nice unit but really needs a little TLC. We definitely left the unit cleaner than when we arrived. We had a problem with termites, in the wooden dressers and inside the closet doors. When we saw the droppings we had a pest control officer who happened to be in the building verify they were in fact termites. I reported the finding to Vacasa and the building administration office twice (including pictures) but did not get any response.

This 22nd floor condo overlooks the Ala Wai canal and golf course, and the view is spectacular! It is located in the heart of Waikiki. There is 24/7 security in the building. What isn’t in walking distance is just a bus ride away! The condo is spacious and while the furnishings are nothing fancy, they are sufficient for long term stay. There is a very comfortable dual recliner and extra single bed in the living room. The pool, hot tub, grills and workout rooms are large and well maintained. The property manager is very responsive to our needs, and while we got off to a rough start, she made sure we were well taken care of in the end. We are here for 2 more months and loving every minute!

We had a wonderful week here. This condo was clean and comfortable, very roomy dining area - and nice view over the canal. It was good not staying in the thick of main waikiki beach. Can be noisy along Seaside Ave at night with wind on the bedroom side - ear plugs fixed this! Staff were helpful. The shop in Island Colony was great for milk, toilet paper etc and reasonably priced. The pool was lovely.This is a great location. Enjoy!!
