What's Nearby:
Head up the coastline about seven-and-a-half miles to discover a locals beach, Waialea, which is not only shaded but has some incredible blue water and great snorkeling. Continue on up that road another fourteen miles and get lunch or an early dinner at Big Island Brewhaus. Treat yourself to a spa day, a fine dining experience, or a calm ocean experience at the Fairmont Orchid in Mauna Lani just five and a half miles away. If you'd prefer, there is a golf course right there which has a lot of fun holes decorated with the white and black rocks that are abundant along the coastline there. An easy and excellent dinner, besides the one you make, can be had at Tommy Bahama in the Kings Shops just a short walk from your unit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Fairway Villas Waikoloa Beach Resort will start replacing the second-floor walkway tiles in buildings B, C, F, I, J, N. This will complete the replacement of all tiles on the second and third floor walkways. This project will start on May 16th, and run through October 28th, 2022.
The time frame for each building is as follows:
May 16, 2022-June 10, 2022, Building B
June 13, 2022-July 8, 2022, Building C
July 11, 2022-August 5, 2022, Building F
August 8, 2022-September 2, 2022, Building I
September 5, 2022-September 30, 2022, Building J
October 3, 2022-October 28, 2022, Building N

The first week of each building will be the noisiest with demolition taking place. After which they will occasionally be hammering and tile cutting. All units will be accessible at any time. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we move through this project.
