You'll have the added comfort of gated entrances and a private attached garage. This end condo is also perfectly positioned with nothing above or below it. There are no other buildings in sight - you'll have private views of the garden, distant fairways, and the neighboring mountains instead. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tennis racquets and balls, coolers, and beach toys are available for guest use.
This condo sits directly alongside the manicured fairways of the Beach Golf Course at Waikoloa Beach Resort, less than a mile inland of a beach, a spa, and lovely ocean views at the Hilton Waikoloa Village. The crescent-shaped A-bay offers a pristine sandy beach with sports activities and rentals, shoreline paths, and ancient royal fishponds, all just minutes away. A brief drive north brings you to the world-famous Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, and a black-sand beach. You can also hike a mile south to explore the Waikoloa Petroglyph Reserve, stopping at the Queens' Marketplace and the Kings' Shops for a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. One of the area's top spots for a beachfront happy hour, the Lava Lava Beach Club, is less than two miles south as well.
THINGS TO KNOW
Irrigation work is underway and scheduled to complete by the end of April 2023. Buildings 12, 13, 14, 15, and 19 will be close to the construction. Expect associated noise and dust. Additional irrigation work will start in October or Nov of 2023, with no projected end date. Buildings 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, and 23 will be impacted.
The Makai pool will be closed for construction starting the second week of April 2023 and is expected to last until July.

Parking notes: Please park in the space marked 'Reserved Unit 1603.' Spot #178 is right outside the front door. (2) parking passes will be provided upon check-in, the 2nd vehicle can be parked in any unmarked stall.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
