Beautifully situated on the 14th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, this air-conditioned condo offers its very own shaded lanai, multiple TVs and an Xbox 360, and shared access to an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an open-air fitness center!
This garden-level condo sits on the edge of the golf course at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, just across the parking lot from the community pool, hot tub, grills, and gym. You can walk quarter-mile south to shop, grab a beer, or peruse the weekly farmers market at Kings' Shops, or head less than a mile north to check in for a round at the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Waikoloa Beach is directly in front of the Marriott less than a mile west, and the Lava Lava Beach Club awaits one-mile southwest.
Things to know:
Fairway Villas Waikoloa Beach Resort will start replacing the second-floor walkway tiles in buildings B, C, F, I, J, N. This will complete the replacement of all tiles on the second and third floor walkways. This project will start on May 16th, and run through October 28th, 2022.
The time frame for each building is as follows:
May 16, 2022-June 10, 2022, Building B
June 13, 2022-July 8, 2022, Building C
July 11, 2022-August 5, 2022, Building F
August 8, 2022-September 2, 2022, Building I
September 5, 2022-September 30, 2022, Building J
October 3, 2022-October 28, 2022, Building N
The first week of each building will be the noisiest with demolition taking place. After which they will occasionally be hammering and tile cutting. All units will be accessible at any time. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we move through this project.

Parking notes: The assigned parking space is #114. A parking pass is required and will be left inside the unit upon arrival. Please ensure this is displayed on your dashboard on the driver's side during your stay to avoid any parking fines.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
