Beautiful view from the 35th and it’s a walking distance near everything.

Perfect distance from the beach. We easily rented a car there but just walked around the city and beach on days that we didn’t. So many spots to eat and shop within walking distance. My husband and I were ready to move in to this cute apartment with the most incredible view of rainbows, ocean, mountain and city. Also a nice pool and hot tub after a long day! Also breakfast and coffee available downstairs for those tired mornings when you don’t want to leave the building. I accidentally booked the hotel one day shorter than we were staying on the island, but everyone was incredibly understanding of my mistake and helpful to get us a new room immediately! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Location was awesome. Individual efficiency was dated and not as nice as pictured. Bed and sofa-sleeper not comfortable. Facility amenities like laundry and pool very nice.

My daughter and I visited the area to check out one of the schools on her list for next year. Our stay was just perfect. Out first and only trip alone(she’s the youngest of three) we were located right in the heart of the beach, shopping, restaurants, and not a far drive at all to the university. We loved our time here!

Nice view and a good price. For a STR it needs some little things like kitchen utensils. Most of them were pretty beat up. We had a car on our trip since we wanted to get out of. 4-7 min walk to all the stores.

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at this property from Dec. 28, 2019 - Jan, 2, 2020. We live in Ontario, Canada, and it was our first visit to Hawaii. The location was great, just slightly off one of the main streets, Kuhio Avenue. We could walk everywhere around Waikiki very easily. The condo, itself, had a great view - side view of the ocean from the balcony. We watched many sets of fireworks on NYE from the balcony. While you can see the ocean on the left (from the condo balcony) and the canal on the right, it would be 10-15 min brisk walk to the actual beach. The condo was tidy and clean. Great towels were provided! We felt very safe in this area as a key fob is required to get into the complex, as well as to utilize the elevator. A few things we would suggest: would be nice to have an oven although there is not much space on the counter to do so. It was helpful to have 2 stovetop burners provided (each with 2 burners), as well as a toaster oven and microwave. We did not utilize the bbqs for the complex, but they were available on the pool deck level. Laundry facilities and a small store are also there for guests. This is good to know! The bathroom is a bit tiny, but fine. It could use a bit of updating, but it easily met our needs. We were provided with a sufficient amount of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and cream. Thank you!

The property location is great as are the building amenities. The WiFi is good Dish towels would be helpful as well as a bottom fitted sheet Other than that is was great and a good price

The location is fantastic! Close to the beach, restaurants and transportation. We loved spending time on the patio. The unit itself could use some freshening up (the caulking around the tub is mouldy and a deep cleaning of the floors). A broom and dish towels would have been appreciated. Although small, the unit fulfilled our needs. Having a small grocery store and pool in the building was also a great feature.

The location was really convenient for us, we walked everywhere. The beaches, the restaurants, the shopping and sight seeing. We liked having views from our lanai of the mountains, the city-scape at night (so many lights!) and (partially) of the ocean. Sunsets from the lanai were enjoyed with wine and snacks...special. The unit had a snorkel set up for two, beach chairs, beach mats and an inflatable. The chairs have back straps making them easy to bring along to the beach. The building has great security, a nice pool and hot tub, laundry facility and a small well stocked market for residents/guests only, very convenient when you have to have ice cream or chips or whatever ;) . Has beer, wine and liquor too. There is a barista in the lobby for your cup of Joe to go. This unit was fine for us (we did not come to Hawaii to stay inside!) A few things though, none are "oh my gosh don't stay here!" kind of things. Quite the opposite, a good place to stay. Apartment size fridge, adequate storage, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave. Would have been nice to have dish towels because the drying rack took up the very limited counter space. Also a broom and dust pan would encourage guests to sweep up any sand that hopped into/onto the beach gear. There is a tiny sweeper and tiny dust pan under the sink, so if you want to get on all fours you can. It was clean and not over crowded with furniture. King sized bed, sleeper sofa that is full sized (not queen) and can sleep two little ones. A table and 4 chairs on the lanai, A/C works well and good closet space for our length of stay (1 week). We did not cook but had light breakfasts and cocktail hour in the evening and would have enjoyed additional glassware, but we made due. Good linens, ample soaps/body-wash/shampoo/conditioner. I don't know why you can't put fitted sheets on the mattress though...or can you? Could use some updating here and there but overall a nice place. Price is what you pay...value is what you get and you get a lot of value for the price! We will be back.
