We were only in Maui for two nights and I really wish we could have stayed longer. Very nice condo with an amazing view (pictures don't do justice in the listing). Waking up every morning for a cup of coffee and watching the sea turtles feeding was a real treat. We didn't really walk around that area of town a whole lot so I'm not 100% sure how close bars/restaurants are. I didn't notice a whole lot but could have been right off a block or two. Thanks to the host for the coffee and chocolate! Would 100% recommend this place and will be staying here again when we have some more time in Maui.

The room is clean and tidy, has all the essentials we need during stay. Parking lot is easy to access. The place is close to groceries and souvenir stores, etc.

We had an issue with the TV, balcony light and bedroom screen. Sent an e-mail to Vacassa ( property manager ) and finally received a response 8 days after we got home . No customer service at all. Balcony furniture needs replacing and also beach chairs and umbrella are very old. Buyer beware.

We found this condo was located in a great place for us to easily get to the activities we had planned for our visit to Maui. One of the top rated beaches in Maui is a short 10 minute drive away. The condo had all the basics we needed for our trip.

Loved staying here. The apartment is super clean. The balcony is very spacious and it has the perfect view of the ocean! ❤️ We would definitely stay there again.
A few notes:
There’s no AC, but that didn’t bother us. There’s plenty of fans in the apartment and keeping the balcony door open helped cool down the house.
Both the bathroom and bedroom sliding doors has a frosted glass panel, which lacks a bit of privacy.

The unit was very nice. Great location, great value on price of unit, well stocked kitchen, and very clean. My only negatives are we saw guite a few bugs, and bedroom windows would not open fully, which made it warmer than the rest of the unit, not a good thing when there's no a/c, I would recommend it to other travelers.

Our stay at Hale Ono Loa 406 was incredible! It was very clean and quiet. With the lanai screen doors open, we could hear the ocean all night. It was the perfect place for us and was conveniently located

We loved our stay in this unit! The views from our balcony were outstanding as well as the access to the water. We would definitely rent this unit again! The hid-a-bed was not very comfortable and was hard to sleep on. Other than that, A 5 star experience

stayed here with my boyfriend for a week while I was attending a conference for work. the place was lovely!! very comfortable, clean, up to date. It could use a little help if you are into doing more of your own cooking. the views from the balcony were super nice. I did not spend time at the pool, but it looked nice. the location was great as it was easy to get to just about any place we wanted to go, but truthfully, didnt travel around too much due to the conference. overall, very clean, safe, secure, and comfortable and I would certainly stay here again

We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai which faces the ocean. The king size bed was very comfortable and has a nice view of the ocean. We left the lanai doors open so we could listen to the ocean waves through the night. The sofa is very uncomfortable and everything needs a deep cleaning. Surface cleaning was ok. No bugs as was reported in some of the reviews. Staff was very responsive to any problem we encountered.

They have 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella for you to use.
Laundry in the building on the 2nd floor.
No need for air conditioning as the room has great airflow.
Beautiful view of the ocean and nice deck, great location close to shops and groceries as well as some great beaches.
Go to Napili Beach for snorkeling and protected swimming and Kaanapali Beach to have more space.
Would totally stay again and have already recommended to others.

We are adventures when we are on vacation, so this one bedroom Condo located on the water with a view of Lanai perfectly met our needs. We tend to be up an out by about 8:00 and don't typically get back to the unit until 8:00 PM, so we were not looking for lots of luxuries. To me, the best part of the unit was listening to the waves as they lulled you to sleep. The unit did not have air conditioning, but has the temperatures were moderate at night, this was not an issue for us. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for us. We come to Maui often, and this was a lovely ocean view, from which we could sit and watch and listen to the waves hitting the shore. Breezes came through to cool the place, and we enjoyed watching turtles from the balcony by the stairs.

Loved this home. It was very cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is here: cooking pans, utensils, beach towels, toiletries, and more! The home is only equipped with two ceiling fans and one electric fan... it wasn’t a deal breaker... the ocean breeze really helped. Bathroom looks modern. Would definitely stay here again.
