What can I say that hasn't already been said except for location, location, location. What I mean by that is the view from the lanai! It is so beautiful; morning, noon, but especially at sunset! The problem we had was the age of the front door locks and the lack of information for guests arriving after dusk. We had a lot of difficulty finding the building in the dark, and the fact that the instructions for the front door (once found) were incomplete. When guest services were contacted (after many fruitless and frustrating attempts to gain entry), they were aware that we needed an additional code to gain entry. Just a lot of frustration to go through at the end of a long travel day! Once in, the place was beautiful!

This unit offered so many amenities. Washer/dryer, A/C in the bedroom,dishwasher, 2 TV’s and beach gear just to name a few. We really appreciated the attention to detail. There was a nightlight in the bathroom, high quality toiletries, laundry detergent was provided, there was a local guidebook on the coffee table and a Sonos speaker in the living room. We felt very pampered and the view was to die for.

Wonderful location on the North Shore. Close to wonderful Hanieli Bay and Napali Coast. Condo as pictured. Wonderfully updated unit. Clean and well appointed. Small but perfect for my wife and I. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and cozy condo on the north shore.

This condo is lovely with a beautiful view. Perfect for two people. We thoroughly enjoyed this place for our two weeks in Kauai.
There is a special kitty that adopted us during our stay. She is a stray, grey and white tabby........and so sweet. I fed her regularly and named her Waikiki. I tried to take her back to the states with me; however, Southwest doesn't allow Hawaii cats or dogs on their airline. Please be kind to her and show some compassion. It's only human.

The view is the best! Great sunsets and a nice morning coffee spot. Be aware that when the listing says A/C it is in the bedroom only…. Portable unit that only cools the bedroom…Pool area is nice and was not crowded at all when we used it.

Small but well appointed place that worked for our family of 4 with two school aged kids. There is a pull out couch and there are also two twin air mattresses in the closet. The view was simply breathtaking just like the pictures and worth going with a smaller place.

The view right out the front was epic. The large windows and sliding glass door were perfect. The private beach amazing. Easy check in and check out and parking. Pizza place and grocery store were super close and multiple other options only a few more minutes away. Will def return.

So the view from the condo is spectacular. It is exactly what you want in a Hawaii Vacation. The condo is nicely updated, clean and well furnished. There is however one problem. The upstairs condo is going though renovation. So each morning we woke up to power saws and arguing workers. They also had a tendency to drop debris from their lenai onto our patio including nails and wood pieces. In the front they had dropped some glass. I would definitely stay here again but would make sure the work is completed before I did.

The unit itself is exactly as advertised. It’s nicely updated and the view is absolutely amazing. However, from the moment we walked into the unit, we were met with construction crews working above us. It started with tile being cut directly above us and continued each day we were there. When booking a rental with a view, the point is to ideally be able to enjoy it in peace.
We also had an issue with our pool key not working and it took the management company 2 days to get it corrected.

Can't beat the views from this property. It is a bit far from beaches but I guess that is true with most north shore beaches. They do have access to a small secret beach, uphill hike is a mini- workout but not bad. Amazing sunsets

The view alone is worth every penny. The condo was exactly as the pictures show. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfy and the beach chairs and umbrella made it easy to beach hop. Only downside was neighbors upstairs were a little noisy but hey they passed on some breakfast food upon their departure so it all worked out. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo! The location was as perfect as the view. Beautiful well appointed condo. Noelani left a thoughtful note, coffee and the must have macadamia nut cookies/chocolates for our first night. She was very attentive and checked on us a couple of times during the stay. And the view- we enjoyed our slice of paradise! Quiet complex - so it was perfect for just my husband and me.

Beautifully appointed condo with a view that’s to die for. Every day we were able utilize the beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and boogie boards. The view from the condo was breath taking and allowed us to watch for whales all day and enjoy spectacular sunsets every evening. A very well maintained property with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay!

It is rare these days to find a property that matches expectations, the photos and the promises of a website. This place did it. And even though we had a breakdown with one of the appliances right before Thanksgiving, the customer service staff took care of us like no one did ever before. We loved it, and we recommend it.

The moment you step in to the home, Condo, you know you are in a Magical Place, the views are incredible, the quality of the Condo and Furnishings are first class, the first thing we both said was we could live here, love the end of the road privacy, sunsets are amazing, unfortunately we had to leave and go home, but, we will be back, safe travels everyone, book it if you can, you will not be disappointed, the property management team, Vacasa were amazing.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained and was exactly as shown in pictures. The views were just amazing! Our rental was fully stocked with all the essentials including beach gear. I communicated with the staff for some extras and they were very professional and prompt about it. Our only problem was that there was alot of sand stuck in the dryer which made us feel that may be cleaning hasn’t been done properly. Apart from that, great place to spend your vacation.

Our postponed honeymoon was worth the wait for this amazing property! The views are second to none and the location is perfect with a walking path to a great little beach for snorkeling (we saw tons of turtles) and soaking up the sun. The unit itself is modern and designed perfectly. Don’t forget about the A/C in the bedroom! It made for much more comfortable nights then out prior rental in the area that did not have A/C. Would love to stay here again.

Our stay here was great. Super clean and comfortable and stocked with beach gear. Amazing views of Hanalei, the mountains and the ocean right off the lanai. Princeville didn’t exactly feel like authentic Hawaiian living, but still put us close to many breathtaking adventures on Kauai’s north shore.

We had a perfect stay. The location and view were amazing. The air conditioning in the bedroom was a must have. The condo was stocked nicely. TVs were a bit of a challenge so we weren’t really able to use them, but it didn’t affect us too much. Thanks for making our vacation lovely.

This condo is absolutely fantastic!!! If you would like to relax with a wonderful view and everything you need while on vacation in Kauai, this is your place! The owners have equipped the unit with everything you may need for a day at the beach or a romantic dinner. There are beach towels & chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and a fully stocked kitchen with every amenity you may want to use while cooking. We loved having the grill on the patio and the shower in the unit is spacious and lovely. The view is gorgeous from the unit!! You can hear the waves crashing from the surf below as you take in the sunsets from your living room couch. It was great having a private washer & dryer in the unit and the king bed was plush & comfortable. The owners have really gone above and beyond to make sure all guests are comfortable when staying here. I cannot thank them enough for that! Vacasa was wonderful as well! There were fresh Hawaiian flowers on the table and the unit was spotless. I would recommend this unit and Vacasa to anyone. We had such an amazing stay we can't wait to go back to Pali Ke Kua!! Thank you Vacasa!

The sunset views are incredible from most of the units in this development. This unit bldg location eliminates walk by traffic as you are the Bldg closest to the St Regis...the beach path is the other direction. It’s definietley a climb back up the path but it is paved which is a luxury in Kauai. This particular unit has been updated and has every accommodation you would need...beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, mats, towels. Unit was well appointed with uplighting...large den mirror reflects amazing view. It’s Hawaiian beachy but with all the modern conviences you would expect including an AC unit for bedroom.
We had to rearrange our schedule because of Hurricane Lane...choosing to ride it out in Kauai instead of making our Maui connection. Unfortunately the unit was already booked so we chose to remain in the same complex two bldgs up from this unit.
The comparison is night and day...do your home work when renting at Pali Ke Kua...most have great views...this unit has it all.

We spent a week in Princeville. The condo was absolutely fantastic, Hideaways Beach - great for snorkeling (fish and turtles) just a few (steep) steps away. The weather didn’t play along with our plans, though (closed roads after floods in April and too much rain during our stay), which means we have to return rather sooner than later in order to hike the trails and snorkel at our favorite beach again.

We reserved the condo to attend a destination wedding in Princeville. The unit has a lovely view of Hanalei Bay and a great sunset view which unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy as the days we were there were overcast. The condo was well appointed and very clean. The managers were super attentive. A representative was on site when we arrived and noted that the patio screen doors were not moving smoothly. She ordered maintenance right away and the repair was taken care of the next day. We had other members of the wedding group visit us and all remarked that they would book this unit in future trips.

The condo was fantastic, great ocean views. It was a bit noisy with being a little close to the main road but nothing too bad. The condo was perfect for 2 people and Lisa was awesome getting back to with with any concerns I had. The walk down to the beach below is steep and really not much of a beach as it is very rocky and the Bbq area isn't worth the trip down. The condo does come with it's own BBQ so cooking at home is a better option. Although the unit it self wasn't very well stocked with simple things like leftover spices and foil and such like other condo's we've stayed in, overall it is a great place to stay

When we arrived there were greeted by gorgeous fresh flowers on the table! That set the tone for a perfect visit. The condo is exactly as advertised - great amenities, comfortable, attractive. The view is unmatched. We were fortunate to see Bali Hai in the distance in ever changing light - glorious sun, dramatic stormy skies, filtered rays of light beaming on the mountain, and even a rainbow one day! We were I’m Hawai’i during the super, blue, blood moon. We got up at 3 am to witness the spectacular lunar eclipse in the yard outside the condo. We enjoyed taking the beach chairs, snorkels and masks that were provided at the condo to the beach. It was a great stay and I highly recommend this unit!
