THINGS TO KNOW
This property is currently undergoing construction, with the project set to conclude in December 2023. Construction includes landscaping being removed and perimeter fencing installation. Noise, dust, and odors will be present throughout the property. Sounds from jackhammers, concrete saws, and other pieces of construction equipment will be audible. Vibrations may also be felt while work is ongoing. Guests will not have access to the underground garage during this project's duration and the pool may need to close occasionally.

Beautiful View, clean place. Only reason for the 3 stars is that the master bedroom doesn't have any privacy at all. I feel like the room are switched. The one with the twin beds, was more private. If you are a couple the master bedroom not the best option. Overall was perfect.

Great location. Beautiful view. It is on the shady side of the building which is protected from the hot afternoon sun. Furniture is a little shaby, but unit was very clean and rental process was very smooth.

Great location, clean, but the kind size bed is basically in the living area and not closed off so there is zero privacy. Property owner should invest in a more permanent temp wall instead of four single doors that slide and bang with every breeze and then a door in the hallway near the bed.

Though we didn't use the kitchen it was nice to have the washer/dryer with the complimentary detergent. No AC but it was cool enough just with the window open so no complaints. Nice to have the double bathrooms as well.

Clean, good size Condo! About 15 minutes drive to Lahaina Harbor. Quick walk to shops and restaurants, quick drive to a nearby beach, shopping, and picnic areas to watch sunsets. Full kitchen, wifi, and tv. Beach towels included. Considering all the things we did, this location was a bit far of a drive to head back to the airport area for the Maui Plantation (~45 min drive), Road to Hana entrance at Paia (~1 hr drive), Hana Town (arrived ~3 hr drive), Kihei (~1 hr drive), back to the area where Costco/Walmart and airport OGG (~45 min drive). Note: The back room with two beds, gets a little windy, and have slammed the door shut a few times. Must put the door foot down. The outer bedroom with one bed has sliding doors to separate the living room area. It's not completely private or sealed off with some gaps above the lose sliding doors. The door entrance is in front of the elevator as you step out, to the right. There was one cockroach walking across the living room tv room we found. The parking space is in front of the garbage cans and elevator. Great location if staying and hanging out in the Lahaina surrounding areas!

The location is great - we watched so many whales from the lanai. It was also nice being back from other lanais, so a little more private than some in front of us. The sunset is around the corner, but visible from the hall outside this unit. Note that the king sized bed is not in a private bedroom. There are sliding panels to separate it from the living room, but no door at the other side where the bathroom is. The room with twin beds and bath has a door for full privacy. Worked for us, but I could see others wanting a bit more privacy in that big bed! The unit was clean, and the kitchen reasonably supplied. A bit more flatware would have been nice. The furniture was a bit worn and the lanai furniture was a little tired. We did enjoy the chairs and table out there, eating breakfast and watching whales and the turtles just below us. All in all, a great place that suited us just fine! Whales! Turtles! And about 10 minutes from lots of great snorkeling locations.

Needs a few updates, like windows as it was quite windy and the sound of the wind through leaky vibrating windows was very distracting / noisy. Also there is no AC in the unit. Otherwise everything was great. We saw whales jumping in the ocean from the window. That view is incredible. The kitchen was remodeled as well as the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer in the unit. Bogus boards and snorkel gear was also available. One parking spot in the basement of the building was a plus too.

There was never a time that we didn't see whales from the lanai. Somewhat disappointing that you can't see the sunset from this unit, but you could easily walk down to the end of the hallway to view it. There was always a cooling breeze that kept us very comfortable. The king bed was comfy as well as the furniture on the lanai. There were plenty of bath and beach towels, bathroom amenities, and a small amount of local coffee was provided along with a box of Maui chocolates. All in all, a nice place to relax on vacation.
