This was one of the nicest places I have rented. The unit was spacious and well laid out. 5 people (2 couples and a single) had plenty of room for privacy and hanging out together. Two masters made it easy for everyone. The kitchen was so well stocked that we had everything we could think of for cooking and more. The furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable. This unit has a great large patio facing a private area and we were out there with the birds a lot of the time. The pool and hot tub were close by and the property location was quiet but convenient.
Vacasa was wonderful in helping us fix a challenge with the entry lock the first day and got it taken care of really quickly and professionally via text-so easy. I would recommend this unit anytime!

We loved having the space to hang out and sleep 6 adults comfortably! The washer and dryer weren’t great, and we specifically chose this place (and paid more than other places) to make sure we had central AC but it had limitations and didn’t cool down enough at night so that was frustrating, especially for the third bedroom. But it was cute and clean and had great linens and beach chairs and umbrellas and a cooler so that was awesome.

The condo was beautifully decorated, super comfortable beds and linens. Easy checking process. Upon arrival, we had some nice local snacks waiting for us. Lots of space for the 4 of us and LOVED the central air!! Very quiet. Never heard any neighbors or roosters!

This spacious property is well appointed with tasteful furniture, art, and all the items you could possibly need. It is larger and more luxurious than we expected. The pool are was also gorgeous! We would stay here again, for sure!

A party of 5 enjoyed this home away from home for my mom's 75th birthday. The home fit us perfectly with 3 beds and 3 baths, and it was a great location in Princeville. A new home that had central air and plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked, the lanai was really roomy and the whole unit was really clean. The community pool was really nice to relax in as well.
The only downside was the bed in the Master bedroom was indented with use. It was easy to tell where others had slept in the bed, the mattress needs to be either rotated or replaced. Also, the AC outside the bedroom was pretty loud.
Other than that we appreciated everything about the home including the welcome gifts! The cookies, the lei and chocolates were a special touch!

The place was even bigger than we needed and was well appointed. The community is lovely. Only complaint is the pool is too cold. Our toddler and all the other kids in there were shivering. I get it if it’s a lap pool but if for recreation it should be about 85. It was about 80. We had a great stay and the hosts were communicative and helpful. We’d love to stay again.

Plenty of room for our whole family and grandma too. Neighborhood pool is great. No beaches walkable with our kids in tow but easy drive away. Friendly owners and mgmt company very responsive.

Nihilani 34C was beautiful and had everything we needed for three couples. The only problem was that my husband didn't sleep well because the master bedroom mattress was too soft and there was a large dent in his side of the mattress which was hard on his back. The pool area was smaller than it looked in the pictures, but very beautiful. The complex is very quiet and seems to have strict rules so I might have been worried if we were traveling with young kids, but we didn't have any issues. Although Nihilani at Princeville doesn't have ocean views, it is one of the nicest condo complexes in the area and has beautiful grounds. It was also nice having a garage. There were long waits for restaurants, especially for a party of 6, since there aren't very many restaurants in the Princeville area and access to Hanalei is difficult right now due to the landslide repairs. Overall a wonderful trip and we would definitely stay there again.

My two friends and I met up in Kauai for a reunion vacation and had the best time. Nihilani 34C was a wonderful home base for us. Such a great place in a beautiful area, great location to beautiful beaches, convenient to excursions, shopping, etc. The place is gorgeous and very well appointed.
