Enjoyed our stay in Princeville. Ground floor garden view unit gave us the pleasure of having morning coffee with the chickens and cardinals. We were close to some outstanding restaurants, food trucks, well stocked grocery stores, and awesome beaches, hiking trails, and dive sites.

Plenty of space for a 2 bedroom and 2 floors. Good size bathrooms. Fairly well appointed but could be excellent with a few tweaks.

Upon arrival there was one live and one dead flying cockroach found in the bedroom and kitchen areas. A day later there was another live flying cockroach in the kitchen and a giant millipede in the upstairs bathroom, that ultimately was found dead, along with 2 more dead cockroaches found in the 1st floor bedroom. I called management and asked to be moved to a different room and was informed that there were no other rooms available, and even if there were, there would be bugs there too, because in the tropics, bugs are a normal part of life. I do not know whether this would be acceptable to others, but on my two other trips to Hawaii, I've never had bugs in my lodging, so I was not happy with the situation. Additionally, we found that the beds are pretty soft and have "hammocked" where you lay, which can be pretty uncomfortable. I guess everything else was as described in the unit description, but these two factors have led to my two star review.

The condo was well appointed, clean and very well cared for. The grounds of the community are beautiful. We had one issue with a ceiling fan but the staff was very responsive and the fan was replaced immediately. The location on the north shore could not be better

The bed is incredible ! I need to know what that mattress is ! No ac but that is common - it is in the most beautiful part of the island imho - and has a nearby convenient store and scenic views. The stargazing here is amazing. The #8 property had all amenities you could need from sunburn items to a welcome gift and beach necessities

This condo had it all! It was comfortable, cozy, and provided all of the amenities (washer/dryer, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen utensils, etc). The location was perfect for us, and the condo community it's nestled in was clean and beautiful as well! The condo is also situated right next door to the pool and Hideaways Pizza which was a plus! We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

No, you can’t see the ocean - but this unit has a very private feeling lawn-and-Nā-Pali view, with regular sighting of many local birds from mynahs and red-capped cardinals to the precious, endangered nene. The hot water in the shower (specifically) is more ‘warm to cooling’, and the fridge is a bit small for a long stay, but otherwise? Overall this is a great unit, with many amenities; two full bedrooms with private baths. It was quiet, comfortable and had most of what we needed. We would stay here again for sure.

The property is great. It was clean, easy to get to and a good location as a home base for exploring the North Shore.

Home was as advertised; comfortable rooms and nice kitchen and bathrooms. Location was fine, although no real view outside. Parking was never a problem, and Hanalei and the beaches were just a short drive away (although parking there is a challenge). Great stay, all in all.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and really comfortable and the complex is very quiet. It is not in the ocean side, but we walked over a very short distance with our morning coffee.

Nice two-bedroom condo in Princeville; very close to Makai Golf Club and Hanalei. Trip was just me and my son, and we had a great stay--property was as expected and well-suited to just the two of us. Only issue--getting cable to work--was resolved quickly, so we didn't miss any sports at night or when the rain kept us in. Overall, very enjoyable time in Kauai.
