Our annual trek to Kauai for family visit find this condo ideally located for activities such as surfing, paddle boarding, hiking etc. Even with rainy weather we spent most of our time outside in the warm environment. Condo is a nice size for 5 people with good cooking supplies- quiet - with great walking paths. Beds were fantastic- very clean unit. Galley kitchen a bit tight for more than 1 cook, but great appliances. Nice porch for relaxation. Kids loved the pool and hot tub.
The only issue we encountered was no “walk-in” showers. All bathtubs had showers but the bottoms were slippery -an issue for older people with mobility problems. We resolved this with a purchase of a bath mat. All in all, a fabulous condo and would return there again if available.

The place was beautiful,comfortable, clean, safe and quite. It acomadated 7 people very comfortably. The only downfall, is that the air-conditioner runs only in the master bedroom and living room, dinning room and kitchen. The other two bedrooms only have ceiling fans.

My only complaint is with Vacasa. They were SUPER slow at responding to an inquiry we had about the shower and didn’t respond to whether we could check in early within that 24-hour check-in window. They did however message me 3 times to let me know a late check-out was possible for an additional fee.

Nice community. Main road on lanai side so kind of noisy. Awful kitchen supplies. Coffee maker from circa 1990’s, rice maker on its last legs. Kitchen outlet doesn’t work. Couch is old, uncomfortable, and hard to get off/out of. Carpet gross and should be replaced or other flooring put in. . Back bedroom poorly situated, outlets hidden by furniture that is just in the way and adds nothing to the space. Hard to walk around the bed to the only side with a bed side table, too much furniture. Lanai dining table is too big for the space. Beds were comfortable. Overall just ok.

The house was well stocked with kitchen essentials and beach gear and it was in a great location. We enjoyed our morning sunrise walks and it was an easy drive to all of the nearby beaches. The parking was not an issue as there was always an open spot in the designated guest spots. Perhaps consider a/c in the two smaller bedrooms but the fans worked well. Thank you and we hope to be back someday!

Overall space was fantastic. Be careful going in front door with lots in hand as there is not much deck space to get in the front door. Only other complaint is there is no air conditioning in two smaller bedrooms so sleeping was very uncomfortable.

Comfortable beds, good view, nice outside space
There is no access to the garage. I didn't know this until check in time. Since there is no parking in the driveway, you will need to park in guest parking. That wasn't a big deal but not having the garage was. If you have teenagers and are active with surfboards, boogie boards, and snorkel gear, it is hard to clean them off and store them (have to trek them up stairs and outside).

Nice 3 bedroom 3 bath unit, full kitchen, (well stocked kitchen,, needs some "courtesy items to be saved from one renter to another, such as seasoning, aluminum foil,, ect. I left foil, some cooking oil, salt and pepper,, and some packaged dry goods as a courtesy for the next renter if the cleaning crew let those items remain! Large balcony with a great mountain view, but some traffic noise, but the view is a fair trade off, large bathrooms, lots of towels, soft bedding and pillows, nice amount of beach towels, but the boogie board and one of the beach chairs need to replaced! 2 of the bedrooms will be warmer then the master, a few fans would help this, but it's not a deal breaker. The unit is minutes away from a small shopping center with a grocery store, shops, restaurants and a gas station, and you are a short drive to Hanalae , (larger selection of restaurants and shops) Hidden Beach, Keke Beach, Anini Beach, and Tunnels Beach, arguably all the best beaches on the island. You are also across the street from the pool, another plus. Would return and rent this unit again in Kauai!

Nice property. We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and comfortable, and well located. As others mentioned, A/C is only in the common room and master; 2 other bedrooms were a bit warm though they have overhead fans, and the bedroom towards the main road is noisy with windows open. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking pans and utensils, but no spices or other basics for cooking - which would have been nice. (Grocery store is close though.) We used the beach chairs. Had to rent boogie boards and snorkels as the 2 boards there were either childs size or partially broken.
Overall we found the property to be a very good value.

The property at Princeville Plantation was beautiful and accommodated our group of seven comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet. The major downside is no quick access to the beach. If you stay here, be sure to bring soap. Make note that this is on the north side of the island and most of the things to do start at Kapaa and go south then west. Because the Napoli Coast is part of a state park, you can not travel north to west. We spent a lot of time driving and the max speed is 50 mph but less most of the highway. Lisa at Coldwell was always quick to respond to our calls, texts and/or e-mails.

The condo felt like it was home away from home! It was stocked better than I ever expected and better than any other condo I've stayed in. Everything was incredibly comfortable. Our only complaint would be the way the air conditioner is set up. It has vents in the living area and the master but not the other two bedrooms that got pretty stuffy. We will most certainly stay again!!

Overall our stay here was pleasant, with 4 adults and 2 young children and a baby. The main living area was a little tight, and all of the furniture was quite large for the space, although I did enjoy the comfortable couch. The lanai is jam packed with large furniture. Again, comfortable but a little hard to maneuver around. The unit was very clean and conveniently located. The kitchen left a little to be desired - the utensil drawer won't fully open because of the dishwasher handle blocking it. Basically only one person can fit in the kitchen at a time. The ice maker is a dream. There were plenty of beach towels and the cooler got a lot of use. The a/c worked great in the main living area and the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms were quite warm and required the use of fans at night. The community pool is not ideal for young children since the shallowest part is 4 1/2 feet deep, but still nice to have. We enjoyed taking walks on the path behind the unit each morning. The view from the lanai was pretty of the golf course and mountains. Overall, this was a great deal for the price.

We stayed at this lovely condo for one week. It was well stocked with beach essentials and very comfortable to stay in. We were traveling with small children, so we were a bit noisy for the downstairs neighbor. We would definitely stay here again!!!! We loved the flowers and chocolates!!!!

We had a wonderful stay, condo was as described. There were more beach chairs etc. than we expected, which was a great bonus! I would stay in this unit during future vacations. Although you can't see the water from the unit, it was just a short walk to the cliffs.

This is just as shown in the pictures. Super clean and spacious. Pool area is very nice and was quiet during our stay. The lani has a great veiw of the golf course but can get loud with traffic but it didn't bother us. Highly recommended! !

We absolutely loved our stay here. The air conditioning was not working in the unit and portable ac's were brought in, which we were informed about prior to our arrival. It wasn't a huge deal, although the living area did get a bit warm. We were out and about so much that it really did not matter. Why else would we have come to Hawaii?! The condo was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Very clean, just a great place!!

The Condo was clean, well furnished & exceptionally well stocked with kitchen items as well as a great selection of beach equipment. My only complaint is that the condo backs onto the main road and the traffic noise is constant. So if you like to sleep with the windows open you will hear the road noise pretty much all night and the road noise when sitting on the Lanai is fairly annoying as well. Other than that we loved the condo, the location was good, and the view out the window looking across the golf course to the mountains was lovely. So because of the road noise I could not recomend this condo. If noise is not a problem for you then it is a great rental

This was a great place to stay. Very comfortable for our large family get together. There were fresh cut tropical flowers to welcome us. The unit was well equipped, we had every thing we needed to make meals, plenty of beach towels, everything we could have wanted to take to the beach. The Master bedroom was very large and comfortable. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the Lani. Overall we loved the place! A couple of draw backs were that there was a central AC unit but for some reason there were no vents in the extra 2 bedrooms so the guests that stayed in those rooms had to keep the doors open to get any cool air. Maybe box fans to pull the air into those rooms would have been helpful. But the Master had vents and was plenty cool. The only other thing was the main road in and out of the Princeville area runs right behind the property, so the road noise was loud when we were on the patio and headlights from the passing cars bothered the person sleeping in the room that faced the road, blinds or room darkening shades would have helped. We did have to call the property management company to fix the toilet, and they were very professional and quickly had the problem fixed. Other than that is was a very nice stay.

Our family had a wonderful time from the very beginning being welcomed with orchid leis. The condo was beautifully furnished, well equipped, clean and had a view of the golf coarse. It was perfect for our family needs with 3 bedrooms and baths. The management was very helpful and met our needs promptly when we needed new cookware since the Teflon pans were in unhealthy condition.

I've never rented a vacation home before so this was my first time fully experiencing the charm a vacation rental could provide. The condo was extremely clean and looked exactly like the photos. The view outside the lanai was of the golf course with mountain views behind and it was jaw dropping beautiful. I didn't think I was going to fall in love with the condo like I did, but I'll never be going back to hotels if I can help it. As a traveling consultant for years I've been accustomed to hotel luxury and amenities, but I'm so happy I found out the benefits of staying at a vacation rental. This condo (#322) is located on the same entry street at Queen's Bath, The Westin, and the St. Regis so if you want a buffet style breakfast those options are available or you can drive 8 minutes into Hanalei town for a mac nut cinnamon roll. The condo had swim gear for us to use (noodle floating tubes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, etc..). That was an unexpected bonus that we really appreciated. There were chocolates when we arrived and easy to understand the entry process. Overall had a great time in this condo and would rent it again in a heartbeat. The only negative I had was the parking spots designated to us were sometimes full so we had to park by the gym/pool area and walk to the condo. Also this is a 2nd floor unit so if you have anyone injured or handicapped it may be difficult getting them upstairs. I mention injured because many of the trails can be dangerous if it's recently rained. Thanks for the rental property and will be back to see you soon. <3 Kauai

Great location on the North shore. Great space with 3 big bedrooms. Spacious common area. Very clean. Couple items needed maintenance (electric BBQ didn't work, master bedroom toilet ran a bit - jiggle the handle) but excellent value for the money. Would definitely stay agin.
