Plantation at Princeville, located within the Princeville Resort on the North Shore, is a beautiful place to relax and unwind on your Kauai vacation. This condominium overlooks the Makai Golf Course and is just steps away from a jogging path, as well as a shared pool and hot tub.

The complex is close to the Makai and Prince Golf Courses. Just minutes away are The St. Regis Hotel, the renowned Hanalei Bay and all of the beautiful beaches the North Shore has to offer. The Princeville Shopping Center is within walking distance and the quaint town of Hanalei is no more than a 10-minute drive. Nearby activities include horseback riding, golf, parasailing, hiking, a seabird refuge, zip line adventures, and helicopter rides. Plantations offers a recreation area which features a spa, pool with cascading waterfall, and a fitness center. Free WiFi is available for your convenience.

This second-floor condominium offers three bedrooms that are perfect for families and couples traveling together. The master suite includes a walk-in closet and large bathroom, beautifully furnished and recently redecorated with an island theme. The third bedroom has a queen size bed along with a queen-size futon.

The condo has new patio furniture and four flatscreen TVs. It also includes a washer/dryer for your personal use, along with an iron/ironing board. This vacation rental has all the amenities of home, including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and even a cooler for your beach excursions.

Parking notes: **Important** Here at The Plantation at Princeville we have certain driveways that are designated as parking driveways and the rest are designated as 'No Parking' driveways. These driveways are marked with No Parking signs in the garage door windows. The driveway for unit 322 is a driveway that is designated as a 'No Parking' driveway and has a No Parking sign in the garage door window. Any occurrences of this problem will result in a $100 fine being charged to the guest of unit 322.
There are three parking stalls for guests (first come, first serve). DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE in the driveway. Citations and fines will be passed on to guests parking in front of the garage. Additional parking is located further down near the clubhouse. The garage is for owners only. Park in any of the general parking areas of the complex.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
