We loved everything about this unit for our week in Kauai. We appreciated the super comfortable beds and the welcome basket was a nice treat. The lanai was wonderful, and the complex grounds are gorgeous and well-maintained. We loved the closet full of beach goodies as well as the welcome basket. Thank you for a lovely week at Lae Nani!

Condo well suited to our group of 3 ladies however it is in need of updating and could use a very thorough cleaning. A few minor problems with safe but rectified quickly.

The bed was very bad-- had a foam mattress on top that we took off and was very spotted and dirty. Place was very nice but a bit overpriced.

Very well equipped kitchen. We liked the safe. The unit was clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds with thick mattresses. We enjoyed all the little touches like laundry soap and welcome basket.

The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. The complex landscaping is gorgeous and the view from this unit is spectacular whether you're sitting on the lanai or standing in the kitchen. The pool is a good size and wasn't ever too busy. The only issues we had with the unit is for some reason they have put thick foam mattresses on the beds. It makes the bed very soft, and warm. Some may like the bed this soft but it wasn't for us. And I have to say it's probably time to update the appliances. They function mostly but are old and look pretty bad. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much.

The condominium complex is very well maintained and in a great location. Unfortunately, the unit (326) we rented left a lot to be desired. The unit was in desperate need of an update and/or a thorough cleaning. For example, the living and dining room carpets were soiled and dirty, the overhead fan blades were grimy, the chaise lounge on the lanai was broken and unusable, the refrigerator door enamel was chipped and rusted, one of the closet doors did not slide properly, one of the dining room chair cushions was worn/torn, and the bath linens, although clean, were stained. Kitchen basics such as dish towels were nowhere to be found. This condo was a poor value. I would recommend the condominium complex but definitely not this unit (326).

The location was convenient to walk to restaurants, ABC or the beach. The beds were comfortable and clean. View from the balcony couldn’t have been more beautiful. Location was great for driving north or south, too. I’d book here again next time. Had everything we needed for a day at the beach or cooking at the condo. Pool was nice, too. Grounds peaceful and pretty.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was an extra bonus to be invited to use the beach equipment. The location is within walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace and other restaurants. I would just recommended including the pool and gate codes somewhere, but the person in the office was happy to supply these.

The unit we stayed in was great! Thanks for providing beach chairs, sunscreen, beach umbrella, beach towels, and boogie boards…that was a nice surprise! The view was amazing from our balcony and the grounds were beautiful!! Coming from humid and hot Iowa we thought we’d be miserable without A/C but the fans and the ocean breezes through our windows made the unit quite comfortable. Can’t wait to visit again!!
