Quiet, good roads to run around, outside of the Kona traffic. Perfect for final training before Ironman. Also kitchen equipment was implacable!...which helped as I don't go to eat out but prefer home made meals.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Unit 338 for our one week stay. The unit was very nicely furnished, well stocked for us from soaps, paper goods, kitchen ware, and even items to use for the beach! We LOVED the corner lanai and used every seating set on it. The pool and complex grounds were also so lovely. We were very comfortable for the entire week! Having the condo complex in the Waikoloa Beach area was very convenient for food shopping, dining out, and beach access.

This was the perfect place for two us to spend a spring vacation. Close to shops, restaurants, golf and, of course the beach. I especially loved the spice rack in the pantry and plentiful cooking utensils, pans and bowls as well.

Not much to like about this unit. Noisy A/C and bathroom fans from other units kept us up all night. No privacy on the Lanai. Neighbours looking in all the time and no view of anything. Noisy birds pooping everywhere and never cleaned up by anyone. Kitchen cabinets and all furniture need an upgrade. Closet was so full there was no place to hang the contents of one suitcase. Blinds were all torn and tattered. We couldn't wait to leave.
