PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Come stay in Hale Honu! A luxurious, newly furnished, split-level Nihilani floor plan. Nihilani 8C is in an interior building away from streets and traffic noise and just a short walk to the pool and BBQ area.

This unit features hardwoods throughout all of the living areas. Enjoy three lanais--two off the private bedrooms, or you can share a balmy evening with friends on the lanai just off the living room.

Enjoy a thoroughly equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, Cuisinart coffee maker, toaster & blender, granite countertops, large breakfast island, and dining room seating for six.

Upstairs you'll find an expansive main suite with a king size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Down the hall is the second bedroom with a Queen size bed and shared jack and jill bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin size beds. Bringing work with you? The office at the top of the stairs has plenty of room for you to get work done...although we hope you're here to have fun! The living and master suite offers large flat screen TVs, cable, and DVD players, & flat screen TV in the queen guestroom. If you bring a tablet, we have high-speed Internet so you can stream your favorite services.

All beds have brand-new high-quality mattresses to assure a comfortable, restful stay, high thread count sheets, and duvets from West Elm & Pottery Barn. Stay cool with air conditioning, dry with 2-car garage parking, and clean with state of the art high-density washer/dryer.

For your beach outings, choose from soft- or hard-sided coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties and boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and beach toys. Family beach trips will be a breeze. Set up for the day at Ke'e, Tunnels, Hanalei, Anini, and lots of other nearby beaches.

Nihilani is a quiet development with all the amenities just minutes from shopping and food in Princeville and Hanalei. And you're only minutes away from great dining, live entertainment, luaus, zip-lining, helicopter tours, world-renowned hiking destinations, horseback riding, and mini golf.

We loved our stay in this condo. Plenty of room and very clean. It was quiet and cozy with lovely birds flying around the lanai. Thank you for the open communication and making the whole process a breeze!

The property was amazing, along with the amenities and even the neighbors were so kind. I had good vibes throughout the whole process of booking this condo and throughout the whole vacation. I love the north shore! And this put us right up there. The pool and grill was a very short walk away and beautiful. Beds are soooo comfy, especially the king size. Decks are beautiful. I took a selfie off my bedroom deck with the mountains behind me...I don't remember reading that the mountains are visible in this condo, but they are. I had a rooster in my yard at least a couple times a day! Loved it! The pictures on vrbo are true. When I go back to paradise I will try to book this condo for sure!

Our second long stay in Nihilani/Princeville. Location is great, wonderful community, great unit. Enjoyed the pool and spa in this well landscaped and maintained community. Unit is updated and very clean and communication responsive. New beach chairs and cooler bag provided. Will be back again next year.

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this beautiful Princeville condo. It was very clean and well appointed with plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking many meals during our stay. The number of decks and outside seating accommodations were used everyday. The location is easy to get to and really perfect to venture further north or east. We were very grateful for the use of beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and sand toys which made the time on the beach even more enjoyable. Cars must be parked in the garage, and we had a Chevy Tahoe which fit! I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to coming back in the future.

This property exceeded ALL our expectations. It was stunning in photos and did not disappoint us. We loved the lanai on both levels….pure perfection to just sit and relax. Kitchen well appointed and do not underestimate having a garage. It did not feel like a rental but rather an island home that we were privileged to visit. We cannot say enough about the condo and the complex, everything gorgeous. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for our incredible stay.

The house was perfect for our family of five. More than enough space, quiet, clean, just a short walk to the pool, lots (!) of toys for the beach, well equipped, …. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back one day…

This home was perfect for a family of 5 and a great place to call “home” while we explored the island. The condo was very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the upstairs patio and the kitchen amenities. We love the North Shore area and despite all of the rain, we were able to get in lots of hikes and beach time. We really appreciated the welcome amenities, the beach gear (bogie boards, chairs, and lots of beach towels. We hope to stay here again!

This was our second stay at this wonderful property. My family lives on the south side of Kauai and since Covid, we have taken to staycations instead of vacations. This condo is the perfect getaway and set up for our family. It has everything we need and a wonderful set up with lots of space. It's a little tight in the living room/tv area for movie night, but I assume that most people coming to the island won't be staying in watching movies like our kids want to. since they get the beach all the time. The other thing that was not a problem for us, but you might want to be aware of is that the driveway is a little tricky. The smaller the car the easier to navigate in and out of the garage. The neighbors behind the house are lovely and the property managers were very easy to reach and communicative. We will definitely return to this property again :-)
