Welcome to our brand new 3 bedroom 3 bath condo in the sunny Poipu, Kauai. Pilimai is located just a half mile walk from Kiahuna beach and less than a mile from the world famous Poipu beach. It is located on the 2nd floor level (Top level) with its own dedicated stairway.
Outside you will find the private property pool! The pool area has a large pool great for kids and adults alike. There is also a hot tub and toddlers pool with fun water features. There are also barbecues (we provide the cooking utensils), a picnic area right outside the condo, and a gym with weights and cardio

The property was very clean and recently renovated. The condo is basically brand new, new tv's and furnishings. Beds are firm with comfortable pillows, nice bedding. Equipped with washer/dryer and laundry detergent as well as fully equipped kitchen with any cooking utensils you may need, coffee pot and other small appliances. No coffee bean grinder in case you buy coffee or bring your own. Pool and hot tub are on site - decently busy, but we were able to find space when we wanted to go. Condo is close enough to walk to the pool. Exercise room is mostly aerobic machines. No free weights or much of that sort, just a cable machine.
The property owner has a binder with all necessary information and rules. She was very responsive to questions. She was helpful when we asked for recommendations to local attractions. She was also very helpful when we had a package that was delivered to the locked mailbox rather than the doorstep as requested. She came out and delivered it to our doorstep herself.
Back patio has great views of the golf course and sunset. You can even see a sliver of ocean. The condo is in a great location, just a couple of minutes from great food, shopping, and Poipu Beach. Beach chairs (4) and umbrella (1) were provided. It would have been nice to have another umbrella. There was also a snorkel set to use.
We would stay here again and would highly recommend this property to fellow travelers. We truly felt like this was home away from home. This will be at the top of places to stay when we return to Kauai some day.

Far nicer than any hotel in the area. An easy walk or drive to most things. This home has been outfitted beautifully with all the many extras you can’t see in pictures. Beds, bedding, towels, toiletries are all just lovely. Filtered water, great technology, fun beach toys to borrow. Erika has thought of everything. A perfect stay. Will definitely return.
