Welcome to our brand new 3 bedroom 3 bath condo in the sunny Poipu, Kauai. Pilimai is located just a half mile walk from Kiahuna beach and less than a mile from the world famous Poipu beach. The unit is currently being upgraded and furnished and will be ready Dec. 1st. It is located on the 2nd floor level with its own dedicated stairway. Outside you will find the private property pool! The pool area has a large pool great for kids and adults alike. There is also a hot tub and toddlers pool with fun water features.
