This town home is on the second floor requiring guests to utilize the stairs to access the unit. There are also interior stairs to access the third floor. No elevator access.

We stayed a total of 16 days at this property and it exceeded expectations. The posting was exactly as advertised and Gigi made it even better. When I asked if there was a crib and high chair for our 1 year old granddaughter, she said they didn’t have anything like that. Less than a day later (a week before check in) she messaged me back that she acquired both for our stay. Gigi will not disappoint you with her willingness to help and her communication. This property is beautiful, close to everything, plenty of room for all of us and we truly made it our home for our 2 1/2 week stay. Did I say 2 minute drive to the beach? We will be back!

This condo and location is absolutely beautiful. We stayed 6 nights with our family of 5. The condo has everything you’d ever need. It is very clean! You are in walking distance of the poipu shopping village which has a market where you can buy essentials for your stay. You can also stop at Costco or Safeway on your way in. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It does not have a beach view but we didn’t mind. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walk and less than a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed the walk. Gigi the host was wonderful to work with and so accommodating.

Condo is well appointed, beautifully decorated. Kitchen had all we needed to cook meals and stay in to dine at the lovely table on the covered patio. Beach towels and chairs available for tenant use made beach days easy. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful place for a family of 4. All rooms were comfortable with plenty of space for us. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes and appliances. We enjoyed the easy access to beaches, and other activities in the town of Koloa such as zip lining and ATV driving trips. Communications with property owner was easy. Overall very happy with our stay.

This home is wonderful - Make your reservation now and you will not regret it one bit! Clean, modern, beautifully appointed.
Great location in Poipu and easy to get to the many beaches around the area.
Pros: very comfortable beds, lots of towels, well appointed kitchen. Basic supplies provided (paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap). Loved the master bath and the walk-in shower. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai each morning, listening to the roosters out-crow each other.
Cons: Really only two, the master suite has no curtains! There are sheers, but at night...well anyone can see in when your lights are on. When other units left their outside lights on, it was very bright. The morning light was not what bothered us, but the loss of privacy did. The other was the seating in the family room. The one sofa was good, but the two chairs were a bit awkward to sit in with no arms. They look great but are not quite so comfy.
I would not hesitate to book the same property again and urge you to book it as well. Truly a gem!

This condo is newer, clean and well taken care of. Gigi was excellent at communicating and responding appropriately. This place was very comfortable for my family (6 adults). Complex is well taken care of and quiet. For those who like to sleep in - make sure to have eye coverings, as the curtains in the master bedroom are sheer and the sun is bright in the morning at about 6:00 am. Would truly consider staying here again in the future.
