We chose this unit largely on price and were not disappointed. The condo was clean and communication with the property manager was effortless (mostly by e-mail in our case). Kitchen was well stocked, there is in-room laundry (essential if going to beach!), but note that laundry powder, dish soap, shampoo, etc. supplied in "starter pack" quantities only (the listing is clear about this but we misread it and we were caught out).
The condo had everything advertised except a beach umbrella, but the manager provided one within a few hours when asked. The furniture will not be 100% as pictured since the mgmt co. uses the same set of pictures for all its units, but we didn't find this a problem.
It's quite hot in summer, but the AC unit worked well (it's noisy but not unusually so); there's no AC in the bedroom but leaving the door open did keep the temperature manageable.
We were a family of 4, and I was worried about spending so much money to sleep on a sofa for 2 weeks. We chose this unit partly because of a previous commentor, and we can confirm it's accurate -- the sofa bed is not luxurious (what sofa-bed is?), but perfectly adequate even for a multi-week stay.
We enjoyed the pool on our down days, and the bbq seemed to work well though we didn't use it.
There is a beach right across the street (2 min walk?, though the street does get surprisingly busy). We went there to watch the sunset sometimes, but did not swim here. It's a small "pocket beach", and the water quality and clarity are said to be not the same as the beaches in S. Kihei (Kamaole 1 and points south) - there are differing views on this, you be your own judge. Either way, not a problem for us, we kept our beach chairs in our car and drove the 5 mins south to the busier beaches on days we wanted to swim / snorkel (and rent paddleboards, etc.)
On the other hand, for very young children, the beach across the street is ideal because of Ko’ie’ie fishpond. It's like a large protected swimming pool in the ocean, and it's fed by underground springs -- a calm and safe place for the little ones.
One thing we were not prepared for in Kihei was the wind (maybe it's a summer thing?) We know the wind tends to pick up through the morning and early afternoon, and it hits N. Kihei (here) first and moves south. But many days, even in S. Kihei no one could be on the beach after 1pm - their skin would be sandblasted off! It was a vacation of waking up at sunrise every day!

The one bedroom apartment was equipped, washer/drawer, daughter said the sofa bed was the most comfortable she had ever slept in. Pool, jacuzzi and barbecue are very nice.

I cannot speak for all the condos associated with Sunny Maui Vacations but this condo had all the amenities to enjoy yhe beach which is literally across the street from the complex. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. If you do t want the bea h, there is a pool in the middle of the complex.
