My husband and I stayed at this property with our adult son and his wife. The 2 bedroom 2 bath was perfect for our party. Location is amazing. Unit is the first unit on the ground floor. Easy walk out to the beach. Very quiet unit. Kitchen was well equipped. just missing a cheese grater that i went out and bought. Lovely outdoor patio that we ate at for every meal with a view of the ocean. Was great to have a large water filter container in the fridge. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful as pictured, what we absolutely loved was the air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The Beds were the most comfortable we've slept on in Hawaii. The pool was Amazing. We will be back.

This was a great condo with plenary of room. It was great to have air conditioning in all three rooms. The location was ideal. Steps from the beach and lots of shops nearby!

We loved our stay at this property. Everything met our needs and the location was a nice short walk down to the beach. If you like snorkeling, be sure to go down early in the morning before the winds pick up. We also went to the pool one day, and it was very nice. Parking can be a bit of a walk if you don’t find a spot in the close parking lot, but the property itself and the apartment were very nice. The only challenge was the fridge door kept coming off and wasn’t fixed during our stay, but we just made do because everything else was excellent, thank you!

Beautiful ground floor condo with great lanai. We ate 99% of our meals out there. Kitchen is well appointed and seating areas comfortable. . Air conditioning units in BOTH bedrooms and living room as well as ceiling fans. Very close to beach- 2 min walk to Kamaole 1 ( best beach in my opinion) with daily beautiful sunsets and lots of whale activity- I recommend bringing binoculars. Condo is Also close to restaurants and shops.
Property is very well maintained. Pool, hot tub, sauna and BBQ’s were used regularly.
There was an issue with a noisy compressor which was dealt with quickly. Communication was very easy and pleasant with quick response. We would stay here again with great pleasure ! Mahalo and aloha

This condo is nice inside-but had some issues. The second bedroom sheets were dirty on our arrival and there was no doorknob on that door.
The rental company called me 3 times our second day of vacation to ask us to let someone in for a delivery-I really felt this was intrusive on our vacation and something that should of been done before our arrival or after.
The parking is awful. We spoke with other renters, and they agreed there is a general feeling that the condo owners were rude to the guests. We were yelled at by one owner for parking in the front lot for a few minutes while we unloaded our car.
The pool has an odd system of needing a key to both get in and out.
The rental company was also poor-they texted us multiple times asking how we were doing-but seemed to have no concern for our issues.
There are so many properties in Maui that are better and agencies we have worked with that do try and assure you have a good stay. I cannot recommend enough renting elsewhere.

The location of the condo is great - short walk to the beach, restaurants, general store, etc. The unit was dated and not clean. The dishes were dirty and there were bugs in the kitchen. The property manager was quick to respond/lay out bug traps but we still had them running around on the counter.

Nice place, centrally located, walk to ANYTHING!! I had an issue getting the key...because there wasn't one. Wish I had been told it is a keyless entry as I spent 20min using the code I was given on the lock box to the right of the door. It wasn't until I opened the screen door I saw pin pad. I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness because there was sand on kitchen countertop, ball of hair on floor in bathroom & the broom had a ball of hair still on it. The rug in living room is nice, but I doubt it has been cleaned in a long time. May consider removing, tile floor is easier to clean. Beds were great, as were pillows, plenty of towels, beach towels, dishwasher soap and laundry soap. Loved that we had partial ocean view and private lanai off the bedroom was SaWeet!! Other than MY picky cleanliness, it was PERFECT!!

Location was just as described in the listing. It was cleaned up and ready to go upon our arrival.
Had no issues at all. Beds were extremely comfortable. Extra amenities like coolers, chairs, etc were nice to have on hand.
Location was better than anticipated. Corner floor unit, closest door to west parking lot. Closest unit to South Kihei road. 3 minute walk to Kam I. 5 minute walk to ABC store. 7-8 minute walk to snorkel rentals and some restaurants(must try cinnamon roll place.)
Will choose this unit again when we return to Maui

It is in a great location. Easy walk to food, shopping and the beach! The room had everything we needed for a great vacation. We had a few very minor issues that that weren't a big deal but were fixed promptly anyways. Communication was fantastic. Everyone in our group agreed we would be happy to stay here again. The beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler were a huge plus. We used the property's pool, hot tub and sauna almost every night. They have grills available by the pool which were also utilized.

From grandparents, parents, down to grandchildren we had a delightful experience renting this condo together. We love the pool and location with restaurants, shops, and beaches all within walking distance.

This unit was very lovely, had everything you could possibly need, and such a perfect location (close to shopping and beaches). There was a bit of an issue with the freezer but I called and they came out the next day to reset it and it worked better the next day (I think it may be on it's last legs). But I would definetly rent this unit again!

We had so many issues here:
- smell of bleach upon check in
- stains still on the doors and counters
- dead crickets
- Cobwebs on the ceiling
- fire alarms that went off every 30 min for like two hours
I really wanted to love this place given how central it is and how nice the decor in the pictures looked, but it was just so far below the clean and relaxing Maui feels that one would expect. The place is older and therefore I would expect a more thorough clean but it was pretty terrible :( it took the property manager several hours to get back to us regarding these complaints and still the issue is not resolved. Super disappointed as this was a family reunion we waited two years to do.

Loved almost everything about our stay. The only exception was the cleanliness of the space (found a few sticky spots around) really brought out the bugs. I know it’s a tropical climate, but we felt that if it is was cleaned a bit more thoroughly, that may have helped. Otherwise, the location and the condo itself were great!

Place was clean with comfortable regular beds. We had a couple issues that were addressed immediately. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. Great beach just a 3 min walk. Place a little small for family of 6 with 2, 20y/o’s, 16, and 18. Prob just fine if had smaller kids. Otherwise patio was great outside and great location. Pool nice as well. Would rec this place.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The owner thought of everything. There was ice chests, beach chairs, beach toys for kids, beach towels, beach umbrella and more. Everything that we needed was there.
Perfect location across from the beach with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance.
When we return to Maui if this property is available we’re taking it again.
