Clean and nice apartment, we felt welcome. Walls are a bit thin, partynoise in the evening but overall a fair place. AC units looked a bit to me like they have molt on some parts, but couldn’t smell anything. Pool is ok, KTA nearby, convenient

Unit is well appointed for the foodie, the adventurer and those seeking relaxation. It is especially nice to have all the beach gear a family would need- water shoes, snorkels, sunscreen- we would rent this unit again.

Very well equipped condo, withal necessities and more, to make a very comfortable stay. Lots of room, 3 bedrooms, very spacious living room, kitchen and outdoor space. Swimming pool a bit small. Great tennis courts.

Great location to the town and all the amenities you’ll need within the gated complex. I highly recommend going to the private beach that is connected to the complex that not many people know about.

We stayed here for a week in August 2021 and had a lovely time (family of 3, including a 6 year old). Everything was clean and comfy, made the whole week fun and easy. The complex has a great pool and you can easily walk down to the ocean....beach there is a little rocky but that's standard for a volcanic island - just wear water shoes! Convenient gear closet had so many extras that we found useful (chairs, boogie board, noodle/tube, masks, etc.). With a 5-10 minute walk or 2 minute drive you can be at the Keauhou shopping center to buy groceries or eat at one of many restaurants without driving back up to Kona. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Walking into this home exceeded our expectations as we had just come from a small 1BR timeshare in Maui. Being a family of 5, this home provided all the comfort and space we needed. I absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor lanai area where I was also able to work and take video calls. WiFi was great for us all! All the amenities and activities gear was ready for us as well which was so great! Thank you for providing us such an amazing experience. This was a 4.5 star experience. Our only challenge was not being able to check in earlier which would have pushed it up to a 5. I know because of Covid restrictions this simply wasn’t an option which is understandable. It would have been nice though. Thank you!

The pros to this place- location is about 15 minutes from downtown and close to a snorkel beach.
The cons- took them 3 days to email/message me back, dirty/doesn’t look like it’s ever been dusted, neighbors were so loud every single night that their noises literally shook our beds until about 3am daily. We ended up needing to call the police on them it was so bad. The walls are paper thin and the loft area gets so hot it is cruel to make someone sleep up there. No shampoo, conditioner or body soap were provided at all. Only given 2 rolls of TP and 1 roll of paper towels for 4 people for a full week. Master bathroom sink did not drain at all and it took maintenance 3 days to fix it. Ice maker has not worked at all either.
Overall I would not recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful get away. It was so much more hassle than it’s worth and the neighbors made it impossible to sleep.

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and well equipped. The only problem was the oven wasn’t working for our entire stay. Which made cooking for 6 people quite difficult. We were to be compensated for the inconvenience but this never happened

Our family of 6 loved staying at this property. Very well stocked kitchen, always felt safe, and loved grilling at the community bbq area. There was an activity closet, which was so great, stocked with water and beach gear as well as beach towels. Unit was a great size, there was lots of room for our family to have their own personal space. Lanai looked over the golf course and was lovely.
