Lots of beach options! You're less than a half-mile away from amazing snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park while Magic Sands and La'aloa are just a mile past that. The golf course you see from your lanai is part of Kona Country Club where you can tee off about a mile south. A great dinner or happy hour with an ocean view can be had just up the hill at Sam Choy's. A great day trip is just five miles away down Ali'i drive where you can shop, dine, and walk while never losing sight of the ocean in downtown Kailua-Kona. While you're there, be sure to take a tour, taste, and dine at the Kona Brewing Co Brewery which is a favorite of locals and visitors alike.

There will be a hanging parking permit in your unit. Please place on your rearview mirror during your stay. Leave your parking permit in your unit upon your departure, there is a $10 charge for any lost or unreturned permits.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
