This property was very clean and tidy. The furniture was comfortable and so were the beds. The beach gear in the garage was helpful for the beach days. The host was responsive and kind. I would rent this location again.

Our family of 5 stayed for a week and had an amazing experience. The Waikoloa location was great - easy access to most everything on the island, close to beaches and shopping. The condo is very well appointed with space for everyone - though we spent most of our time on the Lanai! It has all the kitchen gadgets, beach gear and towels/linens you need. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to the Big Island.

This property is beautiful, quiet and perfectly accommodating down to every thoughtful detail! My husband and our 3 kids (ages 12, 15, 17) stayed here last week and it felt very spacious for our group. Everything we needed was there, we were pleasantly surprised to have the use of beach equipment and snorkeling gear. I had planned on more dinners out since there is so much to enjoy in the area but we ended up grilling outdoors often instead. There is ample seating both indoors and out, very comfortable. We have stayed at many places in Hawaii, this was our favorite!

This property was wonderful in every way. The layout was spacious, the view from the lanai was gorgeous, beds were comfortable, it was fully stocked from towels to toilet paper to beach toys...everything was incredible! Charlene was kind, flexible and quick to reply. We cannot wait to book again, soon!

Spent more than a week here with young adult child, spouse, and aged parents. We wanted somewhere quiet and comfortable and this condo was perfect. It was much quieter than any hotel so we slept well. Parents slept downstairs so had no stairs to contend with. We made our own breakfasts on our own schedules--eating outside on the lovely lanai--and sampled various restaurants for lunch or dinner. Shopping center was walking distance! A great base for exploring the island. Host was communicative and helpful and condo was extremely well stocked, from cooking equipment to beach chairs. Loved it.

This was the best house we rented on our three island trip. It was clean, communications with Charlene were easy and quick, the layout was perfect for our needs, the house was fully stocked with everything we could need, including beach chairs and toys. It was a great stay.

We've stayed in a number of WBV condos and this was by far our favorite! Beautifully furnished and with everything we expected and more. The owner was very helpful and I hope we have the chance to stay here again soon.

We’ve stayed at the villas before but this was our first time in L4. The layout was perfect, super clean, comfortable beds, and very nice amenities. Right across from the pool and has a beautiful backyard that backs up to the golf course. Charlene was wonderful…very good communication leading up to the trip and then very helpful with any issues we had. We will definitely stay here again if it is available the next time we come!

We stayed in this home for a week. It is perfectly situated to allow quick access to Waimea and Kona. There are several interesting beaches nearby. For those who want do not intend to venture out, everything you need is at your fingertips or a short walk away.

We stayed a week during our family vacation. This is a great place: comfortable layout and all the modern amenities. It has a wonderful sitting area from the master bedroom overlooking the golf course. House is as described and well maintained all around. We enjoyed the evening walk around the shopping area after dinner. Very close to all the best beaches.

We could not have asked for a better place. It was beautiful and clean with more than enough space for our family. There is not one thing we had to buy or worry about in regards to every day living - there was even a rice cooker. Also included was everything we needed to enjoy the beach - chairs, umbrellas, flippers, boogey boards etc.
The location was ideal as well. It was a very short walk to shops and restaurants. The beach was close as well - you could easily walk to it; we usually drove just because we were hauling chairs and umbrellas.
We definitely would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hale Lobo! The rental was nicely decorated and supplied with everything you would need for a fun vacation on the Big Island! The kitchen has recent updated appliances and stocked with all cooking essentials. After a day of adventure we enjoyed the comfortable, cozy beds. The rental is located near 2 shopping areas-within walking distance (shops, grocery, starbucks). Charlene was a pleasure to work with and was quickly responsive to all our questions both before our trip and during. We can't wait to return!

This is a beautiful home that is stocked with absolutely everything you need. It is in a great location (2 minutes from shops and from A Bay.) The ease of working with Charlene was so appreciated. The home itself is so beautiful and all beds were so comfortable. Everything down to the bath products and maybe the best smelling laundry detergent was TOP NOTCH. We were a family of 3 but you could easily fit a much larger group. We loved everything about this place. We WILL stay here again.

Nice experience overall. Our thanks to the property owner, property manager, and cleaning crew. Our flight was postponed twice and everyone was accommodating.
Good amenities. The air conditioning and air purifier worked as expected. Thanks for the large stash of coffee pods, spices, and other pantry items. We used some, we left some :)
Extra things for the beach and a lot of kids' stuff (we do not have young kids, but that would be very useful). Cheers.
