Waikoloa Beach Villas K-2 was beyond amazing. Initially I was concerned about the close proximity to the main road but once inside the gated community you’d have no idea that the busy shops and restaurants are right across the street. The unit was immaculately clean with gorgeous decor. The master suite is well appointed with comfortable Cal King bed, huge walk in closet, large bathtub and separate shower. The fun additions such as ukulele and yoga setup were amazing bonuses. Beach day amenities in the garage include beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel and fin sets, stand up paddle boards, and boogie boards for 4-6 people. Lanai is quiet and feels secluded. I saw a recent review that expressed concern about the laundry but both machines operated perfectly and had no odor that I could discern. Hostess Amy was very communicative and responsive, and although we didn’t need a thing during our 7 day trip it was nice to know she was accessible should we have questions or concerns.

We loved our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villa K-2! It had everything we needed and then some more! Our kids loved the pools and we loved the location close to shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Our daughter loved practicing playing the ukulele under the palm trees outside the lanai. We wish we would have had more time at this beautiful home and would love to stay here again when we return to the Big Island!

This is a beautiful property; the grounds are highly manicured and the unit itself beautifully decorated and maintained. It was nice to have the space to relax and enjoy the beautiful patio and view of the golf course. The only disappointment was that the washer kind of stunk so we had to wash the towels multiple times and use a tub cleaner. After all of that it still wasn’t great. I didn’t want to use it and that was a shame given I had planned to. Some of it is that it is a humid environment and therefore is susceptible to that. I wish it hadn’t been an issue however because I had to pack damp dirty clothes. The property manager was on it with response time to my inquiries and that was much appreciated. Master bed was very comfortable and that was great. The pool area was in a convenient location and was very well kept. The staff that worked at the pool area was incredibly friendly and clearly cared about the property and the guests.

My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We brought our 1 year old daughter and the space was perfect for families! The backyard dinning & view, comfy beds, and all of the amenities in the garage made our stay extra special! We enjoyed the use of the beach umbrellas, blow up paddle board, beach chairs, sand toys, snorkel gear, and beach towels!! Amy’s place also has the kitchen stocked for cooking meals and provides enough shampoo, conditioner, and soap to last a week! This place has the whole package and the location is perfect as you’re minutes away from the grocery store, shops, and A-Bay beach! We booked our first Luau at the Waikoloa Beach Sunset Luau at the Marriott and enjoyed a sunset dinner at Lava Lava Beach Club— both of which are a very short drive to! You can definitely walk to these places but it’s definitely a long walk in the hot sun! We hope to visit again someday with our two older kids and can’t thank Amy enough for a great stay!

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. All appliances are high-end as are the furnishings. We loved the ease of walking across the street to the Queen's market shops and enjoyed having a garage and 2 pools/spas within an easy walk.

Great location, nicely landscaped property, pools are small but are very pretty with shrubs and flowers.
This condo would be very nice with a good de-clutter done to it and a good cleaning of cupboards and furniture and exterior walls.

Our family of 4 spent a wonderful 9 days here the beginning of Jan.
Everything looks like the listing and we felt right at home. All the beach gear (cooler, chairs, boogie boards & umbrella) was a hugs bonus!
Loved the location being so close to Queens’ Marketplace, restaurants and many beaches.
Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai and smelling the flowers, listening to the birds and cooling off in the pool in the evenings
Can’t wait to come back.

My husband and I decide to take a last minute trip to Kona to see the lava flow. To bad for us, but great to Hawaii it stopped flowing just a day before we arrived. This property was very clean, comfortable beds, great location had more then what we needed.

From check-in to check-out everything went smooth. Location is perfect and with in walking or short ride distance to all the amenities you might need. When we come back we would love to stay at this unit again as it was on the bottom floor and you could walk right out on to the green grass. Mahalo!

This villa was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and comfortable. Lanai with private grill was so great and so nice to sit there in the morning on the golf course enjoying coffee. There were awesome beach supplies in the garage- chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, paddle boards. We used everything except the paddle boards. The umbrella was so necessary for the beach. Villa pool was cute but the beaches were awesome.

The condo was beautifully appointed, with pretty much everything you could need (including martini glasses and shaker). The grill out on the lanai was wonderful ( no sharing of communal BBQ’s needed). The setting was wonderfully relaxing, looking out over the golf course, with lots of sidewalks for walking the area and the petroglyphs very close by. “A bay” is about 1/2 mile away ( great swimming- not great snorkeling- and watch out for urchins) and we really enjoyed visiting the anchialine pools and watching the fishes and moray eels there. I might suggest black out blinds be added to the 2nd bedroom of the condo as the entryway lights shine right in there at night. It was also a bit troubling that there is no recycling at the resort, so be prepared to take it to the transfer station yourself. Overall, we loved this condo and our stay there. Very peaceful and relaxing, which is exactly what we needed! Mahalo.

Stayed in this unit as a family. The unit has absolutely everything you need (including cooking spices, beach chairs and gear etc. )
The host Amy was easily reachable, friendly and a great host.
Although we found Waikoloa a wee bit more touristy than other parts of the big island, we did enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and grocery stores in 5 minutes or less from this unit.

Our family came for a quick stay-cation and this was the perfect spot! The condo is well equipped with appliances, plates, silverware and cups. It felt very clean and welcoming. We felt at home right away. Great location, walking distance from both the King and Queens shops. The property is beautiful. My children really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We reached out to the property manager with questions and she got back to us right away! She was very easy to communicate with and was very warm and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Be careful of being lured in by the low nightly rate advertised. This property owner tacks on an exorbitant fee for an "additional bed" even if you don't use it! The huge extra fee is then added in on top of the low nightly rate offered translating to over $650 a night at peak season. While the place is satisfactory is not worth the money as it is located on the bottom floor of a 3-story mega condo complex at a busy intersection of a bustling resort. We were unable to relax on our vacation as every step taken in the vacation rental above echos down into the condo. Every word of a conversation on the balcony above is also heard as well as the loud scraping of the outdoor chairs whenever an upstairs guest gets up. Then you get to hear every step of their journey back into the condo above. In addition to being overpriced, if you're looking for some peace and quiet and privacy on your vacation this is not the place for you. Also, this seems more like a personal second vacation home than a business being run as a vacation rental. Every drawer, cupboard, cabinet, and closet overflows with too much stuff ...who needs 3 can openers + an electric can opener or thirty cheap plastic kitchenware utensils? This place needs a good purge with the vacation renter in mind. When I'm in an unfamiliar place, it's nice to open a drawer and grab what you need vs. digging through a bunch of junk. A true vacation renter knows enough to streamline their space.

We were pleasantly surprised at this condo from the very first day. We’ve stayed at many units in Waikoloa and I’d have to say this one was the very best. The kitchen was thoughtfully appointed with up to date appliances, plenty of dishes of all varieties (plastic plates, bowls, etc.) along with your regular everyday dishes, toaster, blender, plenty of silverware and large utensils. trust me. You don’t always find these things at every unit! Full size washer and dryer was also appreciated. The whole unit was meticulously cleaned, all furniture new, comfy beds, spacious master bath. It’s a lower level unit so lots of football throwing with the grandkids everyday was lots of fun. The location is perfect and we were given the gate remote to use during our stay. These may seem trivial but it really helps when you’re in and out of the condo for fun adventures, kids are tired and you can’t find the right code! The diffuser with a choice of essential oils was a nice touch too!
We will definitely be returning!

We booked last minute but from the very beginning we had great communication. The condo was beautiful. So well-stocked in the kitchen and love all the beach toys. The decoration in the condo made it feel so comfortable and we love the ukelele. Great location - easy access to groceries and central location to all the major tourist sites. Love our stay and highly recommend this rental to anyone with a family!

We stayed at this property for a bit longer of a stay and it proved to be a good choice. It’s fully stocked. Kitchen and laundry supplies, linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and toys, etc are all newer and easy to find/use. Unit is convenient to everything yet does not feel overly busy. It was surprisingly quiet tho you are at the mercy of other vacationing neighbors of course! Couple issues with the complex included one of the pools unexpectedly started remodeling during peak season making remaining pool quite busy. Also bugs are an issue especially because it’s on the ground floor. We learned to keep everything in the fridge and Amy had pest control come out on our schedule. I wouldn’t change it tho- great letting the kids run in the grass while we enjoyed the lanai! In general, it’s a great place and Amy was extremely responsive and helpful.

Wow the condo is brand new!!! Everything from the kitchen to all the pots, pans, utensils, plates are all new. The kitchen was fully stocked. They even have a rice cooker! The garage is also stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler, umbrellas, pretty much everything you need for the beach. Kids had so much fun at the pool as well. The Bbq area is also really nice. The condo looks so much newer than expected. Amy was very accommodating. We were checking out from another condo at 10 am but check in wasn’t until 3pm and we had a lot of food which needed to be refrigerated so Amy let us do an early check in. Thank you so much. Will definite be back in the future. We love big island too!
