The airy open-concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people. The outdoor dining table can seat 8 with 3 around the expansive kitchen countertop. The large, comfy sleeper sectional and chair are perfect for lounging, watching a movie or the big game, or just relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect place to hang out together, playing games, listen to music on the sound-bar, or relax with a movie.
The main floor covered lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area with seating for 6 is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day.
The downstairs lanai, the pool area, is where the fun begins and ends each day. Enjoy an early morning dip in the pool, or soothe your sore muscles after a day snorkeling, paddle boarding or hiking, or for celebrating that win at tennis or golf. Enjoy the sound of the chirping birds, the splish-splash of the grandchildren in the pool, or the laughter of friends relaxing on the lanai.
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do:
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.

A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street are the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Fantastic property ... I was initially hesitant because of the "heap of dirt" which showed up in pictures separating the house and the golf course. I assumed it to be construction debris. Once I reached there, I realized that well these are part of natural landscape (largely lava flow from eons ago). Just adding this clarification as it might turn off some folks who are making decision just based on pictures.

We had a wonderful stay at Coral Villa, but will say you need to fix or replace the dishwasher. It smelled like mold from the dry cycle not working. Dishes were still wet after cycle completed.
We had an issue with the pool but your staff took care of it immediately. lost twos day of hot tub use due to cold water temp, but didn't stop us from using the pool.

This is a lovely home however it is not maintained well and was very dirty upon check-in. Team responded well and sent in people to fix most of the items however we had to clean on arrival to use it and lost a night in the pool as we weren’t sure it was safe to swim in.

This was a great house for our family of 10. Conveniently located slightly north of airport (and Costco) in a development with a wonderful private beach (Mauna Lani Beach Club) and exercise facilities (lap pool, work out facilities, "wading lagoon" for toddlers, hot tub and a larger pool for bigger kids and adults). The house was spacious and well stocked with everything one could need. The reverse floor plan worked well for the reunion of our three families (4 children from ages 2-4). The bedroom sliding doors had alarms so no-one could go outside in the pool area without alerting the household. the pool was a nice size with adjoining hot tub.

This was a great home to share with two families. Huge spaces, very comfortable beds, so clean and convenient with a nice deck and pool. The only watch outs are the water in the showers turn cold very quickly and the upstairs master bathroom is not connected to the bedroom, so its not truly a "master." Also, be prepared to clean the pool of bees every morning, there were about 40-50 dead bees in the pool every day.
