This place was perfect for our family of five and just the break we needed both from the daily grind and the cold and snow of Alaska. What a treat to spend quality time with our three college age kids before we all part ways again. Returning to our villa at the end of a busy day adventuring, grilling dinner and dinning on the lanai as well as soaking in the hot tub was a perfect way to end each day. We really appreciated all the extras that came with the place. We had a wonderful time.

The unit itself is wonderful. We had everything necessary for the beach. A cooler. Beach chairs. Beach towels. A beach wagon.
With small children we still do nap time. The unit above us had construction work the whole time during our stay. I notified management that we were not aware of this when booking our stay. Nothing was done. So unfortunately I have to write a review of poor management.
They did allow us to check in at 3:00 rather than 4:00 since we had a long early morning flight.

The property had ample space for our family of five and we were were provided with complimentary “everything you could possibly need!” Beach days were perfect because the chairs, umbrellas, big towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and wagon to haul all of it were provided! The Villa golf course is gorgeous and the neighbors were so sweet! Definitely inspired us to set retirement goals for the Big Island! Thank you!!!

The property was great for our family gathering. There were pools for kids and adults, nice outdoor grilling facilities, and plenty of lawn to run around on. The condo was comfortable and had all we needed for our HI stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa Village apartment. Communication with property management and the concierge service was excellent, they responded quickly and adequately to anything we needed. The unit is perfect for two couples, we especially enjoyed breakfast on the large patio in the morning. The pool is conveniently located and the village itself is a short drive from major attractions on the west coast of Big Island.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is comfortable and has so many conveniences - beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and all of the necessities to cook/bbq for the family after a day at the beach. The location is quiet and our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially because they were so quiet at such a busy holiday time. Beds were also comfy and neighbours are lovely and quiet as well.

Loved that it was close to the Mauna. Shopping and sightseeing all around made it convenient. Didn’t like you gotta empty trash and wash towels. Washer and dryer was ok. Dryer took forever to dry. Shower was dirty. Needs to be cleaned and sanitized!!

Place is clean and maintained very well. Kitchen has all the utensils needed. Some of the best beaches like Kua, Hapuna all within 20 minutes drive. KTA store right there. Only minor nit is, if you are planning to work from there for sometime, internet is not the best but if you are just vacationing and you are looking to be in one place with short driving distance to best beaches, then this place is one of best affordable place.

it was busy doing a documentary on the icultural and science issues surrounding Mauna Kea. Location was perfect. It was a very hot time while we there and without AC we were glad to have the pool to cool off at the end of our work day.

We found the condo to be exactly as described. It has an excellent location, close to the pool, easy access from the parking lot and nice privacy being at the end of the building. Any small issues that came up were quickly taken care of by the Boundless Hawaii property management team. The reservation process was pretty simple as well. This was our 4th visit to the Big Island and we love it and the Waikoloa area. If you stay here you will be hard pressed to find anything to complain about. It truly is paradise! !

Perfection describes this unit! My entire family was extremely happy with this unit in paradise due to many qualities that we would not have found in other units. The owners have brand new furniture, dishes, pots and pans, bedding, towels, and decor with a beautiful wood floor. They even provide beach chairs, beach towels and water shoes to use during the stay! There were 6 of us in this spacious unit and never felt cramped or overcrowded, thanks to the layout of the unit and its size. The close proximity to the pool and grill plus beautiful new lanai furniture made all members of our family happy as we swam and ate outside every day we were there. The owners even provide a laptop computer with printer so we could not only print out our boarding passes but could search nearby beaches and maps on Google and check our email! The short drive to multiple beaches while allowing us some peace and quiet in the evenings made this a great location. Yes, we loved the wild turkeys that came to visit us in the morning! The unit had up-to-date island magazines, coupon books, and dive/snorkel beach maps inside waiting for us when we arrived. The brand new flat screen TV was used once on our last day since we were always out and about, enjoying the peace and quiet, or walking the grounds of Waikoloa Village. I am also an RCI Gold Crown owner and have traveled all over the country for the past 20 years and I can honestly say this unit would be listed as the highest weeks/points that was offered at RCI. I recommend this unit to anyone and everyone!

Fabulous! That describes the location, comfort, decor, convenience,....
Peaceful! Loved breakfast on the lanai every morning.
Salt water pool and hot tub were heavenly - especially after a day of having the ocean rough me up and spit me out!
Six in our party and we were never in each others way - huge condo!
Great kitchen for staying home to cook and a fun grill for yummy steaks and portabello mushroom dinner!
Great to have access to internet but have to admit we were to busy playing to use it much except to look up what to do for the day - or where to head next!
I think we turned the TV on once for about 10 minutes - then back to the lanai in the evening for well earned rest!
Loved the billy goats on the side of the road atop mountains of lava.
Loved being close to so many of the beautiful beaches!

We were so delighted to spend 4 days of our Hawaiian vacation at this beautiful condo, called Palekaiko, which means "paradise". The condo is beautifully remodeled and furnished. It is quiet and surrounded by immaculately manicured grounds. We were a few steps to the cabana, hot tub and pool. In 15 minutes we were on the white sands of Hapuna Beach, absolutely magnificent. We were able to play two rounds of golf at discounted rates at the Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed golf course. This condo exudes peace and serenity. Highly recommended!
