I definitely recommend this property. It is clean, comfortable and convenient to the Orchid where I was attending a conference. I'll be back.

This townhouse is everything you see in the pics. Absolutily beautiful in a gated community with a very nice pool and walking paths. The kitchen has everything you need to cook some great meals plus an outdoor grill and sink on the patio. We did none of that (except for breakfast), since the restaurants in the area are so good and conveniently located. Drive a few miles south to the Waikōloa area for many more restaurant options. Some other reviews mention noise from the neighbor's outdoor AC unit. This is true but nothing can be done about it. Maybe drown it out with some music, so bring your portable blue tooth speakers. You have partial view of one of the golf courses fairways. You may also see some wild Turkeys plus goats roaming around on the golf course later in the day. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had garage access. They left garage door openers with the main house keys. In the garage is a closet with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, about 3 sets of mask, snorkel and fins, plus sand toys for the kids. They also supplied some Boogie boards. The first-floor bedroom closet has a Pack and Play and a highchair. The main TV is huge and is a smart TV so remember your passwords to get into Netflix, Apple, Hulu, Prime, etc. I had no internet problems as was stated in some older reviews. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is very nice and you will get an access card for entry. It's a little rocky as you enter the water so water shoes may be advised. There is also some good snorkeling right from the beach on either side and across the middle about 50 yads off the beach. For a splurge diner, consider the Canoe House at the Mauna Lanai hotel. While expensive it is well worth it (maybe not for young children). also, for a very large beach drive about 12 minutes north to Hapuna Beach State Park. There is a parking fee but well worth it. We stayed for a week and the Mauna lanai beach got a little boring. All in all, I highly recommend this property and the entire surrounding area, Have fun.

This is the third condo we have stayed in at this property. We really enjoy this location due to the proximity to the beaches we like. The heating cooling system is challenging for some reason. The house "rules" book says to keep the temp between 75-80 degrees but the system was preset to something else that required one of us to get up during the night (every night) to reset because it was cold. Neither TV in both bedrooms worked. Not a big deal but when you pay premium prices one expects things to work. (yes, we followed the directions). Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Property manager did not respond to two text messages 1 week apart. One regarding the beach club key that stopped working 4 days before we departed. We had to have security let us in 2 days in a row to the beach club. Would like to have had a coffee grinder and a cheese grater. Overall very nice place.

It is a lovely condo but we experienced some problems. The internet did not work. Property mgr and owner both got involved to fix it, but they were never successful. The noise level was very high, even for a condo setting. The outside air conditioning unit in the building next to us was soooo loud, we could hear it inside, even with the windows closed. With the master bedroom window opened during the night, it would wake me up. On monday the trash trucks are exceptionally noisy and on Tues there was carpet cleaning equipment at the unit across the street in the morning and then in the afternoon at our building. Their equipment sits on a trailer in the driveway and is horrendously loud!!!! And it goes on hour after hour! I suspect most community noise ordinances would outlaw them. It was very disrupting to trying to have a peaceful vacation. Oh by the way, after I asked for a discount because of no internet, the property manager stopped replying to my texts. I finally got a very small discount, but not nearly worth the hassle. I would steer clear of this place.

Place was amazing. Very quiet and in a perfect location. The kitchen was nicely stocked! There were also a lot of beach items to use which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again!!

The question I always ask is ‘would I stay here again?’ This place gets a yes overall. Well maintained, nice and quiet, great pool area sums up the Mauna Lani Fairways. The condo itself is very well kept up. It’s got a few quirks such as…cream colored carpet everywhere (really? In a lava filled beach centered vacation house?) no hooks or nice hangers or anything similar for clothes, towels, swimwear, or travel bags in the master suite (just not well thought out), no foot rest or teak shower stool for shaving your legs (in a swimwear centered vacation destination, really?). These are really minor things as everything worked well and was well stocked, it’s that just in a place that nice you expect all the small details to be considered. The patio is nice and faces a golf hole and some landscaping but it’s much closer to the street/parking lot than expected. Overall, very nice and would recommend and stay in the complex again.

Note: Vacancy calendar is approximate. Visit the owner/manager's reservation site to verify your dates.
