We absolutely loved this condo and would 100% book again.
It is clean, well lit, well equipped, the beds are so comfortable, and it was spacious enough for our group of 5 with a lot of luggage. Having 3 full bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group going to/from the beach multiple times. Our host emailed us to ask us if we needed anything. In fact, we didn't because the condo had everything we needed. They left us cookies, coffee, fruit, etc. Conveniently there is a garage for the car and it was stacked with beach gear such as two surfboards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs for the whole family, umbrellas, and more. You couldn't ask for more!

The owner is amazing. She has thought of everything. We loved our stay. The condo is clean and it is in a nice neighborhood. It’s very close to lots of beaches to swim, snorkel, boogie board or surf.

Our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents had such a great few days here! The property was exactly as in the photos, we loved having access to the beach gear, we rode bikes around the neighborhood, and had a chance to go the gym and pool. Melissa was a really great host with prompt and clear communication. What an amazing few days on Kauai!!

Our stay was excellent - the home was beautiful, TONS of room for our family and our teens were thrilled to each have their own bathroom and bedroom. The room to the right of the door was warmer as advertised in the listing, however we brought our own fans to help counteract this issue and that made it manageable. We enjoyed our stay overall!

The condo was lovely and accommodated my family of 4 with 2 young adults; we had plenty of room to spread out. I particularly liked the veranda. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. Melissa was available to answer questions. We also loved the area - the beach is about 1/2 mile away and Princeville is lovely.

Very nice Condo, wonderful quick communication. Complete stocked kitchen, it fit our group of 6 perfectly. 2 main rooms very nice, 3rd bedroom might need a little TLC, no A/C or TV on 3nd room. However the rest of the house is amazing. Very spacious and extremely comfortable. The perfect home for a great vacation

Melissa’s home was perfect for our stay! It was just as described. The location is perfect for trips into hanalei and the north shore. We spent a lot of time at Tunnels Beach (get there very early for parking) and Anini beach. We loved the air conditioning and spent a lot of time at the pool. We will be back!

We were in town for a wedding in Princeville. Very clean and comfortable. Communication was fantastic. Beach toys and bikes in the garage are a huge bonus.
Five adults and one 3 year old had room to spread out, play games, watch tv, work remotely and relax. The large kitchen is well stocked. Perfect for meals. Washer and dryer in the unit are fantastic. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee and evening happy hour. The pool area was a short walk and very pleasant. Biking or walking to nearby, park, and mall with grocery store and restaurants was easy in the well marked path. Spent a lot of time at Hanalei Beach. It was a short drive and perfect for our grandson.
We all agree we would stay here again and hope to do so soon.

The condo was as advertised- clean, bright, spacious, and nicely furnished. The open floor plan and lanai were just what we expected and enjoyed very much. AC was a real plus! No ocean views, but the other amenities suited our needs perfectly. The host was very responsive, friendly and provided lots of helpful information to make our stay a great experience!

We spent five nights on the north shore. The area is absolutely beautiful!!! My sister's family of four and I were there for vacation. Melissa's prep work for you is incredible. She has this online "booklet" that she shares with you and it's full of such helpful things. The master is huge with access to the lanai, the second bedroom is super comfy and a bit smaller and the third bedroom is small (there is a large desk in there that takes up space). The property was clean and ready to go and Melissa an absolute wonderful hostess. The lanai is lovely with a lot of plush seating. I, personally, am not a fan of carpets and being at the beach I was always worried about the sand but overall it was fine. The community pool is small. We did not spend much time there cause the area is so beautiful and the beaches heavenly. Also the pool gets crowded quickly. But again aim for Hanelei!
I would most definitely stay here again and I want to that Melissa and her family for sharing their place with us!!

We enjoyed everything about this property. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals. The beds were very comfortable and all 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were larger than expected! Lots of closet space and drawers to unpack and feel “at home”. All around great! Will definitely be coming back soon and staying here again. Mahalo Melissa you were a wonderful host!

We had a great time staying in this condo in Princeville. The condo was perfect for our family (6 adults). The location was great, with easy access to snorkeling and other destinations. I highly recommend this place for anyone that needs to escape to Kauai. Melissa was a wonderful host and checked in to make sure that everything was going well. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic time here. They really had all the bases covered when it came to the way the condo was stocked and made it easy to have a great time. I had a little issue with the check in, but that was a VRBO app issue, and had nothing to do with the condo. I called VRBO and the response was quick and very helpful. All in all, this was our best family vacation. Not easy to keep 6 people all satisfied, but staying here did it!

We rented this property for only 2 nights and wish it would’ve been more! Having 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and children. So many nearby activities and places to visit, and of course we loved the pool. Melissa was always quick to respond and so accommodating to any and all of our needs. We hope to go back one day when we can stay longer!

Our stay was amazing. We stayed Monday-Friday. Communication was very fast. We loved that we had access to the garage and all the beach gear, definitely made our trip worth while. The beds are comfortable. The lanai (deck) was very spacious and a nice cozy spot. Having the laundry in house was a huge plus, we did not being much as we had carry ons and it made washing our clothes very convenient. Overall our stay was amazing. Would most certainly stay here again!

We stayed here a couple nights on our family trip to Kauai. It was a beautiful place. The beds were very comfortable, the porch was beautiful and the location was great. It was nice that the garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, boards and toys. We had to contact the owner at one time and she responded very quickly. Would love to stay here again.

My 5 friends and I had a great time staying at Melissa’s place. There were 3 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There was plenty of space for us to all hang out in the living room and on the lanai. It was clean, cute and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time in Princeville and loved the location of this property allowing us to access all the sites along the north shore. The condo was perfect for our needs. We really appreciated the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy for our teenagers to spread out. The kitchen was great for easy meals so we didn’t have to go out for every meal. We appreciated the pool towels and beach gear in the garage! The beachcomber bikes were a lot of fun too and we loved relaxing on the lanai!! So many extra bonuses that exceeded our expectations! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer for the week we planned to come there was only a few days available so we are spreading the rest of our time on the south shore, which may be to our advantage since the road work to Hanalei and many of the north shore beaches was closed most of the time with limited access which was really frustrating. A tip for those traveling soon the road to Hanalei is only open M-F 5:30am-7:45am, 1-2:30, and 5:30pm-11pm. Sat and Sun do not have these restrictions. Besides the road construction inconvenience we loved the VRBO and hope to come back some day!
