We feel this is the best location in Kihei.
Very convenient for walking to beach, shopping, going to meals, coffee and even fresh bread in the morning.
Large lanai with very comfy furniture.
The condo had all the amenities we needed and very comfortable beds and linens.
After a few hours at the beach we also enjoyed the well maintained pool, always clean.
Wendy the owner is so easy to communicate with that she feels like a friend.
Can’t wait to go back and would highly recommend.

Amazing condo with gorgeous 180 degree view and very nice artwork. More like someone’s home rather than a vacation rental. Everything has been well thought out and Wendy responds immediately to any questions. The location is great as well. Just across the street from Kamaole 1. We had a great visit in Kihei!!! The condo was perfection as was the location and communication with Wendy. We found this to be a central location on the Island- there is lots in the neighborhood and I always felt safe. The condo was clean and well equipped. Can’t recommend vacation here enough! This was one of our favorite family vacations. Wendy’s condo is in a great location, right across the street from the beach. The views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. Tons of stores and restaurants nearby. The condo had all the necessities, including beach towels and beach chairs/umbrellas. We hope to one day return and stay here again. This would be the best holiday condo we have ever stayed in. The owner Wendy has thought of everything holiday makers might need and has provided it. The condo is a true home away from home.
The condo is well presented and was very clean. It's a great size inside. The beds are really comfy and ceiling fans, screen doors and aircon give you plenty of options for cooling the condo. The supersized lanai has amazing sea views and is the perfect spot for sunset viewing.
The complex has a lovely pool, plenty of parking and is in a great location across the road from the beach which is ideal for swimming, snorkelling and turtle spotting. Shops, a great cafe and restaurants are across the road too. It's a very relaxed and friendly complex and you feel safe and secure here.
We would recommend Wendy's wonderful condo to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom place to stay in Kihei. Mahalo Wendy from our family.

From the initial check-in to check-out everything was wonderful. Owner was very responsive. Unit itself was perfect. The views, the kitchen supplies, utensils, beach toys, etc. all excellent. Four senior friends stayed at this condo for the week. Fantastic property and perfect location. The details and photos in the listing are all true. Never get tired of waking up to the gorgeous ocean, islands in the distance, palm trees and perfect weather. We had an amazing time. The condo was comfortable and well maintained. You will not be sorry when you rent this property. It’s very convenient to shops, restaurants and easy access to main roads when touring the island. The owner, Wendy, was the best, and always responded to any questions quickly. Highly recommend.

This property is centrally located in Kihei, close to everything you might want to do on Maui. Beautiful beach just across the street & the condo comes equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and beach towels. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful lanai overlooking the beach, a fully functional kitchen and a washer/dryer. Wendy, our host, goes above and beyond to make sure you have a stress free vacation. She sends information on the condo and the Kihei area in general with helpful tips on activities and restaurants and answers any questions you have very quickly. This is a wonderful place to enjoy your Maui vacation.

The condo is conveniently located, right across the street from a beautiful beach and close to many amenities including restaurants, activity rentals, and cafes. This property is superbly located in Kihei, immediately across from Kamaoli Beach, within walking distance to all the amenities of the town. The ocean view from the extended lanai (stretching from the living room to the master bedroom) is stunning. We hade family guests who gathered on the lanai and admired simply everything--including the whale traffic along the water.
It's pretty, comfortable, and well stocked, thoughtfully including things like olive oil and spices, for example. The beds are comfortable, as is the other furniture. The hosts provided beach chairs, an umbrella, lots of beach towels--these were just considerate inclusions.
My one 4-star rating referred to the key lock, which is rather obscured because the entryway is not well lit at night.. But, of course, that was only a problem on arrival. After that, keys were available.
Altogether, this rental is lovely.

We had the pleasure of staying in Wendy and Bob's condo for two months. The online pictures are an accurate representation. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for a longer stay, plus quite a few thoughtful extras. You should definitely check out the pantry before you go shopping. Communication with Wendy was excellent, always prompt and with good results. We had absolutely no issues during our stay, not even any tiny ants! Also, you won't get a much better view at any price.

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying in Wendy's condo. I have rented many vacation properties over the years and Wendy's was one of the best I've rented for several reasons. First of all, the condo is absolutely impeccable in every way...spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with extra nice touches that did not go unnoticed by us, for example high-quality linens, towels, dishware, etc., not to mention a beautiful gift basket left for us! The condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need - even 2 full-sized beach umbrellas, which is something most vacation rentals lack, as well as the little things you need, like spices, condime ts, coolers and ice blocks for the beach, etc. There wasn't a single thing we needed to buy because of it being missing from the condo. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great every night. The views from the patio were great, especially sunsets! The condo faces a really nice swimmable beach (Kamaole Beach I) with sweeping views and ja located in a nice area with lots of restaurants and shops.
Wendy is a gracious and responsive host, provided lots of great information and suggestions and when I contacted her with a question, she responded quickly and thoughtfully. Really a top-knotch host and vacation rental. Highly recommended!

This was our first trip to Maui with our children and we fell in love with the island. The condo was the perfect location for us to walk to the beaches and restaurants and view the gorgeous sunsets! The condo owner was very communicative and the condo was fully stocked with everything from the beach toys/towels to the kitchen. This was our first trip to Maui and I wanted reasonable accommodations that had ocean views. This was just the place. There was plenty of room. The beds were soft. The condo is stocked with everything you could need (soft sided cooler, reusable bags, super nice beach chairs and boogie boards, hair dryer, and flat iron just to name a few). And the lanai….it’s amazing. We spent many mornings and evenings enjoying the view while sipping coffee or other beverages. The host is amazing and goes out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful time. She was quick to respond to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
A couple of things worth noting. 1) The facility takes quiet time seriously. Because many people sleep with their windows open, it’s really important to be quiet when coming and going between the hours of 9 pm and 8 am. This may not be a good place for you if you like to party late. 2) Their is only one elevator, so when it is out of service (which it was for a short period of time (maybe an hour) while we were there), you have to pack everything up 6 flights of stairs. Neither of these are things that would stop me from staying here again, but I felt they were worth maentioning. Thanks, Wendy!

Wendy is such a great host. There is also great communication throughout your stay. Check in is very easy and she was kind enough to give us an early check in being that the condo wasn’t rented back to back.The location is so convenient. Within walking distance from many places to eat and have shaved ice. It’s across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui , Kamaole Beach and a very easy access to it. This condo is equipped with plenty of chairs umbrellas beach toys and snorkel gear. Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware. She supplies you with laundry detergent, dish soap and much more. I did not need to buy anything but groceries for our stay. Beautiful sunsets are a daily on the lanai. I can go on and on ….everything about this place and feels like home.

Wendy’s condo was so ideal for us to stay. She had everything there for us which is so nice when you have to fly a long ways to get here. The lanai was so relaxing. My daughters loved reading their books out there after a full day of activities. The pool was nice. The beaches are great to walk along. There are plenty of great places to eat and shop nearby. We loved our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

The property is lovely with a superb unobstructed ocean view from the 6th floor. The double lanai is wonderful for early morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The furnishings have an island vibe and are clean and comfortable.
Wendy is a superb owner who cares about your comfort and even welcomes you with a basket of island goodies. She's very open about sharing her knowledge of Maui - specifically Kihei. Her recommendation for car rental saved us considerable money. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on and many were within walking distance. We are already planning our next stay at this lovely condo.

Just returned from a 10-day stay in this lovely condo. The view from the lanai is excellent, and many hours were enjoyed there looking out over the beach and watching the sun set. The condo was super comfortable and beautifully appointed, with everything needed for an enjoyable stay (beach chairs/umbrella, binoculars, cooking/cleaning supplies). The beach, as well as many restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and Wendy is a great host. Property is a described. Wendy communicated with me via email and a phone call. She even suggested a local rental car company which was great and saved us money. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking as far as dishes, pots and pans, as spices. She even provided pods to wash our clothing. She left us some welcoming items on the dining room table. She provided beach towels and other water equipment if you are into water sports. The view from the lanai was really nice. We sat out on the lanai every morning before heading out. Wendy even communicated with me and wished us well on our travel back. Enjoy my stay. MAHALO!!

The location was perfect for our family and the view from the condo was outstanding on the 6th floor! It's set back 1 block from the beach so there is less noise of traffic and just a short walk down to one of the best beaches in Maui. We enjoyed snorkeling and watching the sea turtles. You can either swim with them or watch from the rocks. Mornings were amazing and peaceful for walking. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Wendy was receptive and helpful to any of our questions and the condo was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking, beach use etc. Both beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great when needed. If we ever stay in Kihei again I would definitely book again!

Everything about this property was perfect for us. It was spacious, fresh, clean and beautifully appointed. The view from the lanai was broad looking out over the beach and ocean. We watched whales breaching, kayakers, standup paddlers and photogenic sunsets. New quality binoculars enhanced the experience.
Sleeping was easy in comfortable beds and quality linens. The entire property had every essential need and accoutrement to make our stay a dream vacation. This is an awesome condo! It’s on the 6th floor of a 7th floor building, directly across the street from an amazing beach. Being that high up, you get killer sunset/sunrise ocean views from the lanai and room, and you literally can hear the waves crashing on the beach just sitting outside on the balcony!
Bed was firm and very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped for any kind of cooking you need to do. We didn’t do as much as we planned because the condo is surrounded by great restaurants, bars, gelato(mmm Maui Gelato) within walking distance. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Fast internet and A/C as well for those days when you need a break from the sun!
Check this place out if you’re ever in Maui, you won’t regret it!

The property owner had great communication with us and very friendly. The place it self was very clean, had everything we needed, and was located in a great place (2 minute walk to the beach). Haleakala and the road to Hana a very close, if you plan to do that. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had such a great experience staying at Wendy’s property! It was well equipped and the host was very thoughtful and made sure we have everything we need during our stay. The location is within minutes of walking to restaurants, groceries and the beach is right across the property. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset from the double lanai on days we were at the condo and got to spend some time at the pool. Communication with the host was a breeze and she was quick to address our questions. We highly recommend Wendy’s place if you are planning on staying in Kihei!

The beach is right across the street (and there is a crosswalk which makes a huge difference) and the shops and restaurants of Kihei are conveniently located nearby. Beautiful condo literally across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui. Plenty of household supplies, we didn't have to buy anything but food. She had a welcome basket waiting for us with chocolates, maui coffee and jam which was a pleasant surprise. Condo is equipped with plenty of beach toys, snorkeling gear, chairs and umbrellas. You can walk right across the street to a little strip mall with a few restaurants, shaved ice/gelato and an amazing bakery. The 7th floor has a BBQ and tables and an unobstructive view of the sunset. Wendy is super friendly and helpful and very pleasant to work with. Thank you Wendy and Bob, we will definitely be staying here again!

The only bad thing was that the lanai was so nice, I had a hard time getting up and doing anything else! All the great things:

Loved the property! It has everything that a family would need. Great furnishings, amazing view of sunset, food places near by and a great host who takes care of any issues that pop up right away. There is a new AC as well but we rarely used it since its breezy and keeps air circulation within the entire condo. Overall, highly recommend to stay at this place!

Beautiful condo, amazing view, great communication with the owner. We had everything we needed, plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkeling gears, household supplies. The beach is just across the street. Maui Bread Co (breakfast place), Fish'n Chips (great for takeout) , Koiso Sushi Bar (make reservation 2 months in advance to sit in and a week prior for take out!), ABC grocery store - are all around the corner. Great accommodations in this 2 bedroom condo. Literally right across from the beach and conveniently located to shops. The lanai is great to sit down and take in the views while drinking your favorite beverage. Condo is equipped with beach chairs and toys for the whole family. Wendy's place is outstanding. It is very nicely appointed with a pretty much complete make-over. Very nice in every way from the attention to detail, stock of refrigerator and pantry essentials, and the coffee and chocolates were wonderful :-) Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bedding, and open and airy to the point where air conditioning is just not required at all, even though it is included. The double lanai is a special feature and seems relatively rare. And the location is awesome being right across from the beaches/parks and restaurants all around. It was tough for us to leave, even under the difficult circumstances of the COVID pandemic. And Wendy was fantastic in response to any concerns that we had.

This condo was perfection and so well equipped and organized with everything my family needed. The sunset view from the Lanai took our breath away. The lanai was also amazing for having a cup of tea and whale watching while my daughter napped. It is such an awesome location, a 2 min. walk to Kamaole Beach Park 1, and so many great little shops, bakery, cafe, gelato and restaurants nearby. We also were really touched by the kindness, generosity and help we received from our host, she did everything to make our stay the best and most comfortable it could possibly be. Renting this condo was the best decision I made for this trip!

The place is immaculate, comfortable and has an absolutely stunning view. There are wonderful shops right outside the front door: fresh baked croissants and lattes, ice creams, and tacos, not to mention the best nail salon on the island. The beaches are stunning and right there. Romantic sunrise and sunsets and endless vistas... it couldn’t have been better!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful 2 bedroom condo for our recent visit to Maui. This 6th floor condo is literally right across from the beach. Unobstructed views of the ocean makes this condo so very special. Everything you need for the beach is supplied by the owner. We really appreciated the beach chairs, and cooler bags as we packed a picnic lunch everyday.
We enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning on the gorgeous lanai staring out at the ocean, swaying palm trees and views of west Maui mountain. After a long day at the beach we would enjoy our evenings with dinner and drinks watching those amazing sunsets. Every sunset is simply breathtaking!
"Loved" those patio recliners on the lanai just off the master bedroom. Speaking of which you literally wake up to a gorgeous ocean view and go to sleep listening to the waves crashing. Shopping is nearby by, such as cute boutiques, delicious gelato, healthy eats and take out right across the street at Dolphin Plaza. Access to the main roadway right around the corner to explore the island makes this condo the perfect place to stay.
