First off, the pictures of the view don’t do it justice - the view from the lanai is incredible. We are ‘view’ people and this one was top notch. The condo unit and grounds were clean and well kept. The condo was stocked with pretty much everything we needed and the bed was comfy. The location of this condo is great - close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We’ll be back!

Condo had all the amenities to stay in and cook or walk to dining. GREAT OCEAN VIEW. EASY ONE MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH. Quiet and relaxing property. Great cross flow breeze with the trade winds, or AC if you so choose. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT 509!

Comments: -Bad Location of AC and Couch, air continuously blowing on persons sitting there.
-Location of toilet paper holder, if I were an overweight person, It would be very difficult for me to use it.
-Construction in Condo directly above us was very annoying.
-Other than the above mentioned items, we had a very good stay.

Very clean, a little noisy but close to the beach and shops. The patio table wables but that is the only problem. Everything was great - check in and out smooth. Nice having a wash machine in the unit (unexpected!).

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The view was beautiful and the location was fantastic. It was very accessible to three different shopping centers directly to the south, plus even more about a mile north. There was a great "food truck court" on Alahele Place that had plenty of options (wings, Thai, Indian, burgers, sushi, etc.).
We ended up sleeping on the pull-out in the living room to get the ocean breezes as we discovered on the first night that the in-unit air conditioner was insufficient to reach the back of the condo (and LOUD) and the ceiling fan couldn't make the room less hot/stagnant.
The only drawback to sleeping with the windows open, through no fault of the Tim or Linda, was the Dolphin Plaza shopping center downstairs had someone using an electric leaf blower from 11 pm to 3 am for two of the six nights we stayed. It was so quiet that you could hear the ocean waves (which was lovely) but apparently the owners of Dolphin Plaza next door didn't care. I should have called the police to ask if this was violating a noise ordinance but was obviously half asleep and out of it, so I just ended up closing the slider and turning on the fan to drown out the noise as the path of least resistance.
We particularly appreciated having the various linens and beach chairs. The other amenities were well appointed.

Loved everything about this condo. First off, it was remarkably clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. There was everything you would need for a day at the beach (including a drying rack for wet bathing suits!!). The location put us in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Would recommend Linda and Todd’s condo to anyone planning a vacation to Maui.

We had a wonderful stay at Todd and Linda’s in Kihei. Centrally located to shops and restaurants, and steps away from the beach. The condo was well stocked with all kitchen items, has an amazing view from the lanai, and was very clean. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

This place was amazing. It sits on the 5th floor of the complex allowing beautiful views of the beach. The property was clean and the condo was well put together. Bed was comfortable, furniture was newer and nice. The lanai is perfect, spacious and is lined with outdoor carpet. There are several restaurants in walking distance and the beach is a stones throw away. I’ve stayed at several condos now in Kehei. This one was my favorite and was cheaper than others I have rented. I felt like I got the best bang for my buck here. I highly recommend this property.

Todd and Linda's condo is in wonderful, convenient location in Kihei. Easy access to the Kamaole Beaches, grocery shopping, restaurants, and bakery. The condo was clean and well maintained with ample kitchen supplies and towels The sunset views from the 5th floor lanai were outstanding! We highly recommend this condo for any couple looking for a relaxing stay on Maui.

My SiL and I were so fortunate to have stayed in the clean, comfy, relaxing, had everything we could ever have asked for condo in Kihei. It was in the best location with the beautiful Kamaole Beach I just a few short minutes down the road, and 4 other gorgeous beaches nearby, every other need a Hawaiian Natural food store, snorkel shops, homemade bread shop, (mmmmm), great restaurants, great trails to walk along the beach and coast…and easy access to roads to all activities you might want to take in while in Maui; harbor/marina for snorkeling and boat cruise, the unique, historic town and harbor in Lahaina just to the north, the road to hike along the north shore with gorgeous black cliffs, blow holes, and beautiful blue ocean, the fun and interesting rode to Hana with the black beach, bamboo forests, rainbow eucalyptus trees, waterfalls with swimming pools below, the beauty of hiking and experiencing the serial sunsets at Mt Haleakala, going to the whale sanctuary to walk in the water with giant green sea turtles just swimming past you… If that wasn’t enough, one of our favorite places was the lanai at Linda and Todd’s condo. From beautiful morning skies, watching the water turn to the next prettiest blue, listening to the waves, relaxing because it was just so relaxing there. It was the best, best place we could have ever hoped to have had the opportunity to stay in. Thank you so much for sharing your space and having everything available that one could ever hope for,being on vacation in a place that made us feel like we were home.

This condo really has everything in it you might need. There were all sorts of surprise items waiting to be found. Every time I would open a drawer or closet there would be something new: binoculars, first aid, paperback books, rice cooker. There is a great lanai with a wonderful view that we used for breakfasts and many dinners. I love the use of large glass mirrors along the walls. These give the unit a nice open atmosphere. Also, the location is perfect for Kihei. There are all sorts of stores and restaurants in walking distance, some even just across the street. We walked along and swam at most of the nearby beaches, and it seems that Kamaole I, closest by, was our favourite. It has a good snorkeling area and no rocks outside of that area, and the slope is not too steep. All in all, this is a great place and highly recommended.

This property is conveniently located right across from Kamaole Beach Park 1. The interior of the unit is well kept and had all of the basic necessities we needed (coffee maker, iron, ice maker, beach gear, etc…). The owner’s instructions were easy to follow and they are quick to respond with any issues that came up. All in all this was a great stay and great location. Highly recommend you booking here!

This was our 4th time to Maui and our first stay here. We had a great relaxing time. location was perfect for our needs. The condo had great views of the beach and ocean, great places to eat near by. my favorite part was that I could hear the waves all day and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The bed was very comfy. The only thing I can to the host recommend to add to the condo is some plastic cups/dinner ware to take to pool side or up to BBQ area. Other than that I would recommend this condo and plan on coming back.

Staying at this condo truly enhanced our vacation experience thanks to its location, views, and amenities.
VIEWS: As soon as you open the door you see the bright living room, and full views of the ocean. The kitchen is partially open to the living room so you see the views from it also. To watch the sunsets we would sit on the balcony or bring our drinks to the rooftop terrace where you can meet people from everywhere cooking in the outdoor kitchen with its two barbecues, eating at large tables, and also enjoying the sunset.
LOCATION: Kihei has it all. The condo is across the street from a beautiful beach where you can swim, boogie board,… Also right across the street there are also shops where you can rent snorkeling equipment, buy groceries, eat at one of the restaurants, buy locally designed t-shirts,… There is everything you need within walking distance, and it is so close to the beach that you can hear the waves.
AMENITIES: The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, there is a washer and dryer, some movies for the evenings when you are just too pooped from playing outside all day, some beach chairs, and even boogie boards which we used a lot. The large balcony even has a drying rack.
In short, this is THE place to stay if you come to Maui and want to enhance your stay.

The place was perfect for my son and I as entire family was not able to go. The location was excellent, very easy accessible parking and two minute walk to the beach.. The place was very clean and had all of the amenities (Chairs umbrella, boogie boards) one would ever need to enjoy Maui beaches. A full-size washer and dryer inside the kitchen was perfect for a week's stay. The fifth floor allowed beautiful views of the beach and sunset. The superintendent was extremely responsive answering texts within minutes. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone
