A5 is in a small complex that is intimate and laid-back. You have a partial view of the ocean from your lanai. However, A5 is in a Direct BEACHFRONT COMPLEX which is steps away to Maui's famous white sand beach called "Sugar Beach". The beach is clean and unpopulated with beautiful views stretching for miles in either direction. You can walk for miles south towards South Kihei or miles north towards Maalaea Bay. Sugar Beach is Maui's longest beach.
A5 has been COMPLETELY renovated, using only the highest quality furnishings, appliances, linens, furniture and details, all with your COMFORT in mind.
Since I live on-island, I supervise every cleaning and insure all amenities of your condo are to our high standards.

Prior to guests arriving at the property, a code is provided which allows guests to open the keyless entry front door. There are no keys to pick up or drop-off, so guests are free to simply let themselves in at any time after the check-in time which is 2:00 pm.

There is free on-site open parking spaces in the parking lot which is located directly next to the building for super easy access to the condo unit.

A5 provides these day-to-day essentials to help you save money and time: laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo/shower gel, body lotion, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, cooking oil, olive oil, spices and other incidental housekeeping items for your convenience. If you need more during your stay, please plan accordingly.
A5 has many repeat guests. It has been a favorite for honeymooners and those celebrating special occasion. You will feel like you are among friends in this small and laid-back complex.
This location is ideal for long walks, jogging, swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and whale watching in the winter (November - March).
The common area is direct OCEANFRONT and features a beautiful tiled pool with whale mosaics on the bottom, beachfront lawn with lounge chairs, large dining tables with umbrellas and BBQ area with 2 commercial gas grills, all with ocean views. The property faces West so you can enjoy each Happy Hour from either your private lanai or down in the pool area or oceanfront deck and watch the MAGNIFICENT Maui SUNSET skies.
A short walk down the beach to the south, you'll find a Farmers Market, an ABC Store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani's Shave Ice (rated #1 on Maui). Right next door to the north, you'll enjoy local tavern called Dina's Sandwitch for casual dining with a full bar. Of course, by car there are abundance options from casual dining in South Kihei to fine dining in Wailea and Mama's Fish House in Paia. You can drive to Safeway, Foodland, Costco, Target, Walmart and local shops. For your shopping needs, you will find everything from souvenir T-shirts to expensive high-end Louis Vuitton handbags to Rolex watches to fine jewelry creations at Tiffany & Co in the Shops of Wailea.
Your condo location is Centrally located on the island and about 15 MINUTES from the AIRPORT. It is great for those who wish to see other parts of Maui and then return home to their condo for a relaxing evening watching the GORGEOUS Colorful SUNSET. There is nothing like relaxing in front of a Beautiful Skyline, the perfect end to any day.
High Season (higher nightly rates) runs from late December to mid-April and Regular Season (more affordable nightly rates) runs from late April to mid-December.

If you're looking for a place to stay while on Maui, stop searching and just stay here! This place was the perfect size for a getaway with me and my wife and the space is beautiful! It is well decorated, beautifully laid out and extremely clean! On top of that, the location is awesome. We had never been to Maui, but the condo is located in Kihei, literally minutes from a bunch of restaurants (you gotta try Kihei Cafe!) and beaches. The condo itself backs up to a beach and also has a pool if that's more your style. And Krysta was a fabulous host, and made herself more than available if we need anything... Not that we did, since this place was Ajay amazing. Beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella also came very much in handy while we were there. If it's just two adults, search no more... This is the spot!

If this place is available, most definitely book it! The condo complex is right at the beach and it just takes seconds from the unit to the beach area. The room is wonderfully designed (personally by Krysta) and a great place to be a base to explore and chill out in Maui. It also comes with beach chairs and a cooler that you can take with you to the beach which is a really nice touch. If you like to cook and eat in, you're also in for a treat as the room is well equipped with a nice stove/oven, pans, dished, plates, utensils and everything. If you're looking for a home away from home, this is most definitely it!

This was my first time back to Maui since my childhood and my girlfriend’s first time to the state of Hawaii and we had the trip of a lifetime, a big part of that being Krysta’s beautiful condo. This unit was everything we could have asked for and then some. Newly remodeled, the place was immaculate, clean, just the right amount of space for the two us with a cozy living room, great view from the lanai and just about 15-20 feet from the sand and ocean which you just can’t beat. With AC in all areas of the house and what seemed like brand new furnishings throughout, we could not have had a better experience. Being as we both work in hospitality, Krysta’s kindness, helpful correspondence, and local knowledge were also a great highlight for us. Highly recommended and we’d love to return!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and let me just say, it was the best vacation we've ever had. This unit was clean, and very cozy. We spent a lot of time at our condo relaxing. Complimentary coffee on the patio every morning was a plus! I also want to mention the BED... it was so comfortable! Krysta was a wonderful host. She was organized, quick to respond, and even sent us a list of activities to do during out stay. Thank you, for making our time in Maui so enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again.

A5 property owner made the entire process so easy and provided us with info and suggestions of places to visit. The condo unit was cute, clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. We loved how it was right on the beach and could walk the beach in either direction.
We had friends in other units and had lunch and dinner on the patio daily. What a great, small community feel! Other guests were friendly and we visited with them often. We will be back for sure!

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights celebrating our 1 year anniversary and preferred this to our previous stay on the west side of the island. The location is perfect for exploring the island. It is centrally located and very close to the airport. There are not a lot of restaurants directly around the condo but plenty within a 10 minute drive. The condo was clean and host was very good a communicating. The air-conditioning was amazing!! The condo has everything you could need to feel at home and enjoy your vacation. Parking is free and very close by. The beach is steps from your door. The view from the lanai is not much, but we would just walk 10 steps to the pool area for beach access. I would recommend this location/unit to family and friends spending time in Maui.

The Condo was fantastic, provided bare minimum necessities, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The only gripe we had was the toilet flush seemed a bit low and the bath would not drain very quickly. Otherwise great location and we were able to get instacart and doordash to deliver. Definitely worth it over a hotel.

We could not have been more pleased with this rental. It was exactly as represented on the website and in fact, more beautiful in person. Ideal for 2 adults! The complex is small, quiet, well-maintained and ON the soft, sandy beach. It was our first time to Maui and we found the location to be ideal. Being in the center of the island made trips in any direction not too long of a drive. 15 minutes from the airport can’t be beat!
Furnishings are top notch and very comfortable including the large king bed. Air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us happy when the temps reached into the 90’s some days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, a rarity in our experience renting till now. Laundry detergent and dishwasher pods supplied as well. Hair dryer, straightening iron and curling iron were there too.
Krysta was extremely responsive to us throughout the rental process and worked with us when we thought we might need to stay longer due to a medical issue. She truly cares about her renters. I would highly recommend this unit, without reservation.

This property is located on the best walking beach in Hawaii. The beach is also perfect for relaxing and swimming. The property is also centrally located on Maui allowing for short drive times to all of the all of the great places Maui has to explore.

We love staying at Kihei Sands, and this unit A5 is awesome. Krysta has all the comforts of home you need and more. The furniture is all comfortable and tastefully decorated, all the kitchen supplies you need, good beach chairs, and a cooler for those beach picnics. Not to mention the great location, steps from the beach and a short walk to coffee.

This is a beautiful condo right on the beach. The views of the sunset were just amazing every night. The pool was in great shape but a little cold. The furniture was all new and very comfortable. Beach towels and chairs were provided so it made it nice not having to bring our own. The walkway to the condo is all covered and lined with flower beds. Krysta is a very nice owner and gave us help on local food and places. This is by far the best place we rented on a beach and we would recommend this to anyone that has never been to Maui.

We just spent 3 weeks at this fabulous condominium. We are so impressed with this location and unit A5 did not disappoint. This unit has been completely remodeled and was a pleasure to stay in. We hated to leave the Ca king bed. We were supplied with all the amenities. I enjoyed the bath tub in the evenings as my husband enjoyed the sparkling pool. Everything we needed was provided. Our host Krysta was top notch and close by for any assistance. Just steps away from pristine Sugar beach and minutes away from Lahaina or Wailea. This is a small complex right on the beach with wonderful staff. We barbecued in the evenings and visited the many happy hours close by. We would highly recommend this location and unit to anyone. We will be back . Aloha!
