We are situated a comfortable few steps away from the general pool/jacuzzi/barbecue area and yet conveniently around the corner so as to avoid any disruptive noises from there. The condo feels like a home away from home, with an up close view of the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean where you will experience Hawaii in all its natural splendor, removed from the tourist crowds. Palm trees sway softly as the waves rush into shore. Look for dolphins, turtles, and if you’re lucky, even whales frolicking right in front of you! Every sunset, a few boogie boarders will ride those waves into Honl's Beach, just 200 feet away. This is known as the home of boogie boarding. The little beach at the corner of the resort grounds, is an easy 2-minute walk from the condo, and features a small cove where there is some nice snorkeling to be had.

The well-appointed condo is clean, bright, and airy, and is one of just a few units in the resort with EFFICIENT AND QUIET Dual Zone air conditioning throughout the living room and bedroom. Additionally, ceiling fans in the living room, lanai, and bedroom create a pleasant breeze. This condo has been fully remodeled and upgraded. Brand new beautiful wood framed glass sliding doors open from the living room to the lanai. There is a KING bed with a brand new memory foam mattress in the bedroom. In the living room, a brand new high end sofa bed pulls out into a very comfortable queen bed, thanks to the latest technology. No uncomfortable bar under your back! Comfortable bedding is provided for both beds. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, raised sink, and modern fixtures. Cable television is offered in both the living room and in the bedroom. You are also able to connect your streaming services on both SMART TVs. There is also a DVD player and an iphone-compatible sound system. The kitchen features high end cabinetry, granite counters, and is outfitted with modern appliances - a full stove/oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave. It is ready for use with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and plates, glasses, cups, and utensils. A brand new high end and efficient Asko European clothes washer and dryer inside the condo are available for your convenience. High speed internet with WiFi and a land line phone service that includes all local calls plus free long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada are included. There is a small office desk area.

Should you decide to spend a day at the beach, a supply of essentials is readily available: beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach mats, boogie boards, snorkeling sets (including masks, fins, tubes), and a large rolling cooler.
The property’s oceanfront pool and jacuzzi, and poolside barbecues are all ready for your use. It is a great place to gather and make new friends over sunsets and dinner!
A parking pass is available for the duration of your stay and will be left for you in the condo. There is ample parking available on the property: a rooftop parking area, street level outdoor parking, and two underground levels of a covered parking garage.
Kona Reef Resort is situated on the water’s edge luxury hotel strip that takes you into the center of town. It is a 5-minute walk from Kona town where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, the local farmers market, and Kailua Pier. Some of the best beaches on the island are just a few minutes drive away.
The island lives up to its name: The Big Island. It IS big, and there are many things to see from white sand to black sand, and even green sand beaches where the honu (sea turtles) come onto shore, to coffee plantations and of course the Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. For sports lovers, there are all varieties of activities: surfing, canoeing, is, after all, the site of the annual Ironman World Championships as well as the annual Queen Lili’uokalani Canoe Races, the world’s largest long distance canoe race. In fact, the Ironman open water swim and the race canoes pass right in front of the condo so you can watch right from the comfort of the lanai.
